Maple Chase Golf & Country Club

Course is in as good shape as I have ever seen it.

Maple Chase has 16 good holes. The other 2 you just try and make a par and get the heck away from them.

11-12 are the two holes that really aren't very good. 12 especially is pretty sketchy.

The other 16 holes are pretty solid. Lots of scoring holes. Course is in solid shape, though there were a couple greens that hadn't fully recovered from the brutal summer heat.

It's been rehabilitated from it's days as Pine Brook and the team at MCGCC have done a remarkable job. The course is in good shape. A few spots that are still recovering from this summer's winter kill epidemic in our area but it's getting better.

The layout is comprised of two completely different sides by design which adds to the challenge. The front side is relatively flat and is a favorite to walk 9 with my daughter. The back side has some elevation changes and really challenging possible pin positions. The course finishes with a picturesque view playing back into the clubhouse. It's a fun par 5 that can be reached in 2 but can cost you a good round with o.b. and bunkers guarding the 18th.

The staff is really first class and the practice facilities are well maintained. This includes not just a range and putting green but also short game area that you'd find at a top notch training facility.

The restaurant at the club is fantastic and the bar area was remodeled and great to watch games or have a drink after the round. If you get the opportunity this is a fun course and a great golf experience for all levels of players.

This was my first time playing this course. I really enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly and helpful! It was a 30 degree day and we were the only ones on the course. For November the course was in great shape. Look forward to playing it in the spring/summer when its green! Tee markers were in the ground next to the box. First time playing there took a few holes to figure out where we were going. Just not being familiar with course. If you havent played it- you need to go! We will be back! Oh yeah ---greens lightining fast!!

This is a semi-private course that has contrasting front and back nines. The front nine is easier in that it is more open and relatively flat. The back nine is hilly and tighter making it more difficult. Condition was ok. Greens were in good shape and fast. Course personnel were friendly. There is a separate turn house were sandwiches and beverages can be purchased. I will play here again.

I thought it would be nicer than it was, it wasn't crowded but it seemed like 5 groups went off when we did?? It didn't have any maps of the holes and had some blind shots, one hole I hit a drive towards the green but saw that they weren't using it and had a longer shot to the other one

this is a decent course good layout just ok conditionds. lots of yard grass. good greens but what makes this course not worth it is the staff. they act like this agusta and you shouldnt be playing here if your not a member. played there other day booked t time for 2 got there 30 min early nobody there. course wide open but couldnt go off another 2some booked other 2 spots on t time, and even though they called the course and were going to be late we had to wait on them. so when they finally get there a foursome of kids walking go off in front of us. so instead of us taking off as a 2some and being on the 3rd hole when the other two guys show up we had a nice 5 hr round when the course was empty. good move pinebrook

The green is maintained,so I feel comfortable when I walk over the fairway.
The course is interesting because some hole have a very large fall,and some hole is very flat.

Good course, friendly staff, pace of play was great, tee times spaced out so no waiting and no one pushing you

A Marshall is badly needed...so slowwwwwwwwww. We ended up quitting after 15.

Better bring your best for the back side especially. Longer than most in the area.

Played in the 100 degree heat index Friday afternoon and had a great time. No one holding us up and no one pushing us. No one had a great scoring round but we played a beautiful course that has been hit hard by some of the rough storms we have had this year. Kudos to the mainteance staff for having the course in top notch condition in these challenging conditions.
You better bring your "A" game if you want to score well here. The front 9 is fairly open and the back 9 tightens up and adds a lot more elevation changes. Play here if you are in the area.

Great playing course, not crowded, and pleasant layout.. Wonderful views at your approach shot, and cant wait til the next hole view. Need some attention on the second cut of rough in fairways. I would make this a home course when friends come to visit.

This was my first time playing this course. Staff was friendly enough. Range and chipping/putting areas were sufficient. Course layout was nice. Overall, the place was well maintained; there were a few bare spots out there, but nothing that detracted from my round. The lack of course map on the card had me looking around for the 1st and 10th tees but I didn't have any other problems getting around. It wasn't very busy so I was able to play my round quickly. I'll definitely plan to play here again.

the course tee-boxes were not cut; and the fairways were not maintained. the score card did not have a layout of the course. the young man at the course did not have my tee time from golf now.

Course was in great share. Greens were rolling nice, but a little slow. Got a great deal through golfnow for an early afternoon tee time. Play in just under 4 hours which was great.

First time at course. Throughly enjoyed it and look forward to going back.
