Twin Run Golf Course

About
Twin Run Golf Course is a municipal course in Hamilton, recognized for being the third best city in Ohio for golf, and one of the top 100 in the country. The course is popular for its affordable rates and the challenging but playable layout. At just over 6,500 yards from the back tees, it is not an overly long course but it offers some fairly difficult holes. The fairways are very player friendly though, providing some room for error, but accuracy should still be a priority. The layout is diverse enough to appeal to a wide range of skill levels. It is not too intimidating for beginners but it's still a fun round for better players. Twin Run G.C. is known for being one of the area's best values, especially when you take into account the excellent conditions on the greens and fairways.

Good course for all abilities. Could use another set of tees between 4900 yards and 6000 yards. Good layout
Fun Course
It’s good for the money. Open, fairly flat layout only slight elevation changes. I’ve had fun every time I’ve played here. Course was in decent shape for early March (I believe they reopened beginning of March).
Muddy but great day for winter golf
Course was wet and muddy but completed 18 holes on a winter day. No plugged balls!
Nice course with elevations
Nice layout with plenty of changes in elevations and some longer par 5's. Course was in nice condition for this late in the year. Got off on time and no delay in play. Greens were fast which was expected with our local prolonged dry spell. I will play again in the future and recommend Twin Run.
Gem of a Course in Hamilton
Really enjoyed playing this course and it was in great shape despite the drought that occurred late summer and early autumn. The course is mostly wide open and friendly for high handicappers to play both sides of the fairway. The pin locations were challenging and the greens were quite fast. The staff was friendly and the views this autumn with the colors on the trees was very nice. Will play again.
Rough is a very hard pan
The fairways are fine because they water a lot but the rough is bone dry.
Twin run 9/4/24
Wow! This course was green, in the middle of a drought Most tee boxes were as nice as the greens and the greens were in great condition This is a great value
Starters
Course is excellent, in excellent shape, I drive 45 minutes to play this over others because condition and layout. Though, this is the second time where although I booked a tee time, the starter wanted to just send me off by myself between a 4 some and my tee time group which would have been a 3some. Rather than keep me paired. I get some people don’t like playing with randoms, but if you book a 3some at 900 on Sunday, book 4 and say your buddy didn’t show, or you’ll get a single paired with you. After I made my point of wanting to play at my tee time with the group, he told me we were not going to have 3 carts and I would need to get in the other guys cart. Fine but he had my own cart before many times, very much a retaliation statement. Same guy both times, just do better. And I’m not going to call him out because I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, just call it out. Do better.
