Best central Oregon course for the money!
Meadow Lakes golf course is an extremely nice, fun, and challenging golf course. The deals they have online are by far the best anywhere in Central Oregon. The staff is always friendly. My disappointment yesterday yesterday was the fact that we got behind a tournament of young girls And the round took us six hours to play! This was unacceptable in my book and I’m sure it would be for any of you Golf fans. Hard to get any momentum you had to stretch almost on every shot because you waited 15 minutes and some cases just to hit one ball. It would be nice to be told that there’s a tournament or that they scheduled a little bit differently to accommodate for the slope play for the younger women. Was also disappointed that the snack bar closed at three in the afternoon and we were looking forward to something at the turn since we had plenty of time to snack and eat what we had ordered Since it was so slow out there! Sorry for the bad vibes but again this was totally unacceptable and I will definitely be back to play, but will ask more questions in the future amongst making future teetimes there.
Great fun and an easy walk,
Meadow Lakes is a relatively a flat course with water on every hole. While the fairways are generous an errant shot can easily find a pond. The greens! The greens are both fast and true. They are the best feature of the course. This course is fun to play over and over. The golf shop staff are friendly and helpful, and the cafe is more than adequate with darn good food.
EXCELLENT LOCAL COURSE
I was a member at Meadow Lakes for a year in 2021. The course is fun to play, but there is water on every hole. The greens are generally fast but putt true. The course is well maintained, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. There is a good cafe on site.
Great course, great value
So many courses are all about elevation changes. Meadow Lakes uses well placed trees & water hazards to provide a fun and challenging round of golf. A flat course, but makes it perfect for those who choose to walk. I look forward to returning. Worth the drive if you’re in Central Oregon. Price can’t be beat either!
Signage
Only problem we had was finding the course
Very little signage
Nice golf round
Played alone but that was ok - made for a goodm practice day.
Meadow Lakes
The course was in great shape and greens were fabulous definitely recommend
Great day on this course.
The course is in excellent condition. This was my first time playing and other than not knowing distances and hazards still managed to have a great day. I will definitely be playing here when I am in the area.
Nice Course
Very good course. Best value in area with a cart included in fee. In excellent condition although greens were fast.
Good Course
The course was in great shape. Greens were firm and fast. Very playable for all levels, with appropriate tee boxes for everyone.
good hot day for golf
Played with a couple interesting guys.
Had fun and stayed hydrated.
Thanks
One of our favorite C.O. courses!
Always in excellent conditions due to a talented staff & worth the drive from Bend!!
Poor pace
My wife and I play Meadow Lakes a few times a year. The pace of play was very poor. The Marshall did more socializing than pushing the pace. We had a twosome in front of us playing multiple balls and "working on their game" when asked about it. Someone should introduce them to the driving range. It was backed up so bad that we had to skip 4 holes before it opened up. Once we skipped those holes, the next group in front of us was 2 holes ahead. Pro shop worker told us to play after 1:30pm to avoid crowds and slow play players. Major Bummer!!
