Fun course to play.
Played Mountain/Lake 9's. Mountain was in very good shape. Lake was in good shape. Fairways weren't as thick as Mountain. Greens on both rolled very smooth and were quick. Place was very busy but the starter kept everyone moving and on time. It's a fun course to play with many challenging holes. 5 different sets of tee boxes. I played the hybrid 18 which is a mix of senior/white tees.
Nice course, will be back to play later this summer
Could’ve been better
The actual course is fine, but the players on the course are jerks and not very kind to beginners
Always a good place to play.
This course is about 2 hours from me but I play it about 5-10 times a year. It’s a very busy course but the do a great job organizing it to keep the pace of play moving. Highly recommend this course,
Amazing Views, Layout and Value
I played the peak and lake 9s. will have to come back for the mountain 9 another day. course is in great shape so far and has some stunning views and a challenging but fun layout. play smart and you’ll absolutely enjoy this course.
Lakeview in April
Course has improved from a couple of years ago. The gps on the carts adds to play. Several tee are offered from pro to old hackers. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Do not go here if you want to have fun.
Course Marshal is not friendly and will pick you apart for the littlest things. Did not allow me to tee off on the first tee because the “group” I was paired with tee’d off early so made me catch up to the group who were still on the first hole. So many other courses that will allow you to play without the headache.
W/P/R playday
The course was in good shape. They have done some changing of the 9 hole layouts. My Garmin watch was totally confused. Good thing the carts have gps.
Mountain Golf
Awesome course for all levels of golfers. Great course. Staff very helpful and professional!!!
Great golf
The course is in great condition for this time of the year. Early spring. Thank you, check in was so easy.
Would play again
I played two of the 3 nines. I believe they were Peak and Mountain. Peak is a little bit of an old school course. Kinda fun with some gettable holes. The Mountain side was more of a modern layout. A little more challenging with a par 4 that played 470yrds into the wind, crazy. The Mountain course was also way more windy that the Peak course. Greens were recently aerated which was a little disappointing. It was tough to judge speed from one green to the next. My daughter goes to JMU so I'll most likely play there again in the near future. The pro shop is awesome. Decent driving range and a pretty nice putting green that they let you chip on.
