Hidden in the folds of the Southern Nevada desert is the lush oasis of Rhodes Ranch Golf Club. The abundance and variety of water features characterize the golf course. Ponds and lakes come into play frequently. There are also mature palms lining the gently rolling fairways and generous greens. The club is known for the immaculate maintenance of the verdant tropical landscape. The course is player-friendly while at the same time offering Las Vegas golfers some unexpected challenges. The layout boasts a set of four impressive par 3s including the scenic third hole, which requires a tee shot over a pond. The designer, Ted Robinson, touted the holes as the best he's ever designed. Rolling mounds and strategic bunkering as well as the occasional multi-tiered green make the golf course more difficult, but there are wide fairways and ample landing areas to provide a balance. The playability of the course combined with the reasonable rates, especially for Las Vegas golf, has earned the club a popular following.

NO Drinks IF you pay thru GOLFNOW Great course greens are beautiful

Impeccable everything is in great condition.
Just one complaint, “Everyone gets 2 drinks ticket so you can exchange on the beverage cart or restaurant.
The lady on the front desk was Rudd she say everybody gets there drinks NOT GOLFNOW and she emphasized like she hates GOLFNOW.
NOT Fare we all pay no matter from where or how we are not stilling, we are clients.
Be careful the guys they provide the cart they policeman man they are very strict there is no flexibility, they have bad vibes.
It’s like Jale county.

Nothing like being locked into a contractual obligation with Golfnow! We cant adjust their rates either for military or Casino!

Amazing course

Amazing course but the pace of play makes it horrible, had a 6 some and a 5some in front of us. If the marshall would do their job it would have been one of the best courses I have played

Slow Play

First of all this is a great course to play! However, the pace of play is very slow and the course marshal didn’t seem to want to do his job! At times we were backed up 3 groups on the same tee which caused a 3 hour front 9. Do to the slow play we were unable to complete our round which was disappointing.

Nice course fair rate for non rez out of state via hot deal. 1 pm tee time only got to hole 16 at 5 pmpace little pokey. Will play again if chance comes. Rental clubs Callaway Rouge nice and new condition.

Horrible Staff

I am not a review writer ever but today took the cake. Where to start, the customer service here is severely lacking. Based on the treatment I will not play this course again. A shame because the course is in wonderful shape overall. Starts off in the pro shop, guy working in there is an absolute jerk. Treats you awful when asking if you are a resident. My best friend grew up in Las Vegas and still calls it home but is now in the Military for the better part of almost 20 years and the guy gives him a hard time for the resident rate because he’s currently stationed in Guam. Ridiculous! Then to add insult to injury, the marshal working this morning tells us to pick up the pace when there was no group behind us and we were just completing hole 8 at the 1 hour and 25 minute mark. Almost an hour ahead of pace! You all need to some serious training in Customer Service! Especially when charging almost $100 for a round that should cost at most $70. Get it together Rhodes Ranch.

The guy in the Pro Shop approved your buddies tee time with a simple, "Go Ahead"! Without providing any proof of residency or military ID! I also would like to add, as a policy we don't adjust rates for GolfNow tee times. Military Banter is normal for the service, as the guy behind the counter served our country for many years and even spoke for several minutes with your Air Force buddy about having a battle buddy from Guam as well! Speaking on the lack of things to do in Guam. If that was a hard time, I guess we will have to agree to disagree. As far as the pace of play goes, I apologize that you were asked to keep up with the group ahead. Its hard sometimes for a ranger to gauge how far ahead a group is, as they travel the course in reverse. So they base much of their decision on the distance behind and not the distance ahead. I assure you if your were told to pick it up, so was the group behind you. Our rates are definitely competitive and we could charge more based on the surrounding courses rates. We are sorry you had a bad experience.
