Hemet Golf Club

Course was in pretty tough condition. The greens are good and fast, fast, fast. Probably the best part of the course. The fairways were in pretty rough shape. Tee boxes meh. Some okay, some not. Had to play winter rules, or you would be constantly playing off sand. Traps were quite hard. If you hit into one there was a 70% chance the ball would bounce through. Certainly wouldn’t drive out of my way to play again, but you get what you pay for.

Course was fun but Tee boxes, fairways and greens need work. Pin placement were ridiculously hard. Great value for the money and fun over all.

Many bare areas, Fairways are covered in weeds, Greens dry and rough.

Tee time for 4 was 940, and we were there early, and had to tee off close to 1030 waiting for a large group in front of us. Please honor the tee times, you don't show up on time, you don't play.

Came here with my wife(spectator) at 6:50am and was told there were not enough carts for my wife and I because she was a spectator. Didn’t get to play, didnt get to reschedule a day, didnt get anything. Walked away without any help or assistance. Never coming here again.

Went on a weekend morning to play an early round of golf (6:50am tee time) and when we got there, they said they didn’t have “enough” carts for one of us to be a spectator. Charged us the full price, and we weren’t able to play. Drove all the way from Riverside and had to turn back around because they didn’t have even “space” for ONE spectator.

Safe to say we won’t be coming back.

My son and I with a couple of his buddies play Hemet often. It is the best value around and always can tee off anytime. It is a great and yet challenging course, if I had one comment , I know we are in winter conditions but have played there year around, they could green up fairways and manicure rough. Greens are great. Of course if they did improve course, they would have to charge more which defeats the attraction to the course. All else is great! Thanks...Paul

Nice course layout, but large areas of no grass or dead grass.

We didn't know what to expect and we're pleasantly surprised with our visit. The Greens need Improvement. Quite a few weeds were growing on greens. So rain would also improve the fairways.

There was an hour delay due to frost on the grass to start, which caused delays in pace of play. Once we go going it was alright. Course over all was fun and scenic.

So the staff here is fantastic and professional! Clubhouse is very clean. Golf carts were fine! However the conditions of the golf course are nothing short of terrible. No grass or very little on most fairways. This golf course should not be getting more than 2 stars and that’s only because of the staff and clubhouse. For someone to give it more stars is lying to anyone that would consider playing here. If you’re not that good a golfer and you want inexpensive then have at it. So so disappointed in the conditions here.
