About
Editor's Note: Course closed for business in 11/2019.
The Glens Golf Course was added in 1992 to complement the Old Course at the Letham Grange Hotel property.
Shorter than the Old Course, the Glens still requires careful club selection to avoid the hazards of the trees and rough to the side of the sometimes narrow fairways. After a fairly straightforward 14 holes, the closing stretch takes golfers through some beautiful Angus Woodland with narrow tree-lined fairways.
The par-68 Glens Course at Letham Grange measures 5,528 yards.

Annual Visit
We played the Glens course which was in excellent condition. A generally easy course until the 15th to 17th holes through the trees. Not a long course and easy to walk. The hotel closed in 2011 and is now falling into neglect - a great shame as the building could be quite stunning. Consequently there were no 19th hole facilities and the changing rooms etc are very basic. I would recommend the golf and hope to play the Old course next week.
Always great to play the courses at Letham Grange
As a former member it was great to come back and have a game on the Glens Course which was in great condition and represented as always, brilliant value for money. It is a must play folks if you wish to play a course with moderate difficulty in great parkland surroundings. The course will test any handicap level.
If you wish a golf reality check, play the Old Course at Letham Grange, the most challenging parkland/American style golf course in the North East of Scotland a Par 73 generally playing CSS 76. If you know anything about golf, and courses get this course on the Bucket List. Trump should have bought Letham Grange Resort, good as it is with both courses, amazing potential that can't be denied, go and play at Letham Grange, you will not be disappointed believe me!
