The Manor Golf and Country Club

This was the second time I've played The Manor. There are a lot of great courses in the Milton/Alpharetta area and this is definitely one of them.

The layout is challenging but fair and the course was in great shape. The bentgrass greens were firm and fast. It's one of the best Clubcorp
options in Atlanta, and I'll definitely be back.

Beautiful setting from the time you see the club house! A fair off the tee box kinda course with bunkers around every green. Once on the greens they were demanding of speed and touch with a true roll. Plan on adding 5-10 strokes your first time out!

Temps in the high 60's low 70's. Gras was still brown but course played well and the greens are in great shape. Pace only slowed a couple of times for some youngsters playing more than one ball.

It is a great course. Most green are large and interesting. Long course at Whit Tee.

It was one of the better courses that I have played.

First time playing the Manor. Even in winter the green were in great shape. I was matched with two members; husband and wife which made me feel very welcomed and were a blast to play with. I look forward to playing at the course with those two again.

Course is immaculate ! Customer service was great. Would love to know how to put back spin on balls hitting the greens otherwise many balls will roll off....Booked this round with 3 buddies in advance (weather was suppose to be 50s sun) but is was cold-hi 40s, cloudy and drizzle rain on our back 9 of play!

I love this track but seems that they aren't happy people that aren't members play here ! On weekdays there are no amenities avaliable . No food , ability to accept cash as any payment .

The course is tough, but it is fair. The course in well maintained and the greens were in great shape. There is alot of undulation in the fairway and many tiers on the greens. It also has alot of well placed bunkers and some of them can be quite deep. Alot of nice houses on the course as well.

I thought the course was pristine but not worth the $77 dollars that I paid.

Course condition was great, but the layout wasn't too impressive. I would pay $50~60 for this course, not over $70. (I paid $79)

Let me start out by saying that I'm a member of a local club in the area but not at the manor. These people literally go out of their way to make it know you're NOT a member of their club. From the time you park, check in, greeted at 1st box, and Marshalls driving by you on the course. It's sad they fail to realize they NEED the public to stand on their own two feet financially. Not to mention we are all potential members. I would be embarrassed to part of the club and the way they act.

Course is in great shape as usual. One of my favorite tracks in Atlanta.

The course was nice, but I guess since we were guest and not members the hospitality lacked. It was a Sunday afternoon at 2:10 when we teed off and there were several other golfers on the course, but we never saw the drink cart. There are no water dispensers on the course and it was hot outside. They do provide you with two water bottles in your cart, but that won't last the whole round. At the turn, around 4, we went in to get something there and the snack bar was closed. The course was challenging, but nice. Would have been a lot better if you weren't dehydrated.

The course was in good shape. The staff were a little rude and short with are group but besides that it was very worth the twilight rate we paid and we will be back.

The course is starting to get a little rough around the edges. Fairways and greens are in good shape, but fabric underlayment is showing in some bunkers. Pace of play was slow for a Thursday.

I'll preface this by saying in have played east lake, AAC, and Pumpkin Ridge, and I have never been treated as badly as I was here today.
So now be prepared for my review and expect when you go to be treated with an air of country club snobbery I have never experienced in all my life.
Started in the pro shop on check in. I was asked if we wanted to pay an extra fee for the range. We declined, and then we heard the pro shop announce of the radio that we had not pages for the range. No problem, we didn't plan to hit balls anyway. We get to the putting green, and they have a sign, no chipping. Fine no problem. We start chipping around the edge of the range. One guy tells us there is a chipping area hidden,and we should go there and chip. We chip for about 5 minutes, and the starter, "Gene", comes over and tells us we can't chip because we didn't pay for the range!!
(He says we can putt on the putting green, but no chipping for us; i want to say isn't that part of the range, but I bite my tongue)

When we finish, the cart guy (and I mean guy- 50 something) rides with us to our car. I tell him the clubs are fine, and give him a $5, and when I ask him for two back, he looks at me as if I was the cheapest guy ever. When he reaches in to give me the two, he must have $400 in there

The course is great, but I guess they have enough people that they don't want any of us Golfnow folks there.

This course is about 6 miles from me, and I doubt I will ever go back there.

Course was in excellent condition except greens were recovering from aerification which I was aware of when I booked the tee time. One of my favorite courses in North Atlanta.

This is a great challenging but at the same time fun course to play. Very beautiful landscaping and greens hard to read. Will love to play here again!

The Manor is a fantastic golf course. Well maintained and lush. Very honest course.If you hit the fairway, the ball stays in the fairway.One of the few courses outside metro Atl. worth the drive.Now that I have played The Manor, I can`t wait to get back and better my score!
