Citrus Springs Golf Course
Pretty busy and pace of play was pretty slow. Some of the greens in bad shape, but layout of course is challenging. Front much tougher than back with many elevation changes. Back nine is more level and 3-4 strokes easier.
Nice value for the money!
Front 9 the greens and tee boxes a little rough. There is a lot of dog legs in both directions so shots need to be placed. Back 9 had a better flow to it and was in a lot better shape, after you got by #10, which the green was by far the worst of all, so we enjoyed the back experience the best. Cart paths were in rough shape with cracks and concrete heaves. Course value and beer bought from the 19th hole was at a great price.
Citrus Springs
Really enjoyed my round. The fairways and bunkers in good shape however some of the greens needed reseeding
Barely above a cow pasture
Read the reviews thought I would take a chance not worth the gas money. Greens were so sparse on grass very disappointing fairways literally no grass bunkers were decent. My recommendation would be shut it down and build houses..
CSCC
Course was in good condition except for one green. Interesting layout.
CSCC
Except for one green the course was in good shape. The layout is interesting.
Fun course
Played Citrus Springs several times a couple years ago. Enojed the layout, challenging, but not overpowering. Condition of the course is better than it was a couple years ago. Some of the fairways were a bit sparce, green overall in good shape. Would play again...
Tee Times
You can expect a 5 hour round , 6 minute tee times ??? Who can play a hole in 6 minutes ???
Good Layout Bad Course Conditions
The course has a good layout but the course is in poor shape. Very little grass in the fairways and greens very spotty. Pass of play was fairly slow with locals that don’t exhibit proper golf etiquette. Inexpensive but not a great value.
Winter Golf
The course is improving while 17 of the 18 greens are in very good shape. Things are getting worked on and improving. The people are fantastic and very friendly. Even willing to deliver a 6 pack out on the course. One 4some was very slow so we skipped the hole they were on after waiting on 4 holes. Huge gap and never ran into anyone else again. Nice neighborhood course.
