About
Highlands Ridge offers 36 holes of championship golf, which form the centerpiece of the upscale residential community. It's one central Florida's most popular golf destinations. The courses, the North and the South, share the same scenic landscape but they provide very different rounds. The North Course is known for its outstanding conditions. The designer, Dave Harman, modeled the course after Kauri Cliffs in New Zealand, which was recognized as the Best New International Course in 2011 by Golf Digest. The layout is not as challenging as the South Course, making it more appealing for beginners. Water hazards come into play on a few holes and there are some strategically placed bunkers to contend with. There is also rough along the fairways and greensides that can be particularly punishing.

Getting better
Greens were a little grainy but they’re coming around. Little more rain and a few mowings and rolls and should be a 5
Overall conditions were good greens looked a bit brown but putted OK
Big value
Fairways and greens were in great condition. Just the right challenge. Great value for your money.
A little higher end
Compared to the surrounding area courses, they are a tick above in terms of course conditions. Others have suffered drought issues, didn’t see too much of that here.
Hidden
Nice course, a little pricey. Hidden deep off the beaten path,. Needed GPS to find it.

Greens were excellent, good layout and staff very helpful and nice.

Not Your Typical Orlando Flat-track
Enjoyed a great game on the North course after being allowed to head off early. This is a great layout with elevation changes and some lovely holes making use of well positioned water hazards. Greens were excellent and especially quick if left above the hole. Highly recommend a visit here and I look forward to returning.
OVERALL NICE COURSE
Pace was slow as we had 2 foursomes ahead who were slow players. Curse was nice as well as greens. Would play again.
Highland Ridge golf club north course
great location , rolling fairways, fast greens, good layout, will play again. staff very nice, food was good.
Best track in the Seibring area
Fantastic layout. Mounding along fairways, (as well as drop off areas). Greens were in excellent condition. A must play for this area of Florida. Staff were extremely nice.
Great value course
The course was great! Staff was really pleasant. We played as a foursome, so we were a little slower (high handicaps) but the local members were encouraging yet pushed our pace a bit. We had a ton of fun and will be back.
Challenge layout
Had to wait about 20 minutes for light rain to pass so when we did tee off course was wide open. Some of the grass around the greens was stressed with bare lies. Greens could of been quicker but considering lack of rainfall they were ok.
Super slow
They put me behind a group of 30. I was a single I asked if I could play the back 9 first was told they are full. I could see hole 10 nobody was on it. Tee time was 9:46 at 10:35 I finally got to tee off. The longest round of golf I have ever played.
