About
Lake Worth Beach Golf Club borders the Intracoastal Waterway for just over a mile. There is no shortage of scenic courses in south Florida but this one still manages to stand out. Many of the holes run parallel to the Intracoastal, offering beautiful views and a cooling breeze. The golf course has a classic Florida layout. At just over 6,100 yards, it is not a long course but it still manages to feel like one. There is strategic bunkering along the greensides and water hazards come into play on a few holes. With generous fairways and no forced carries, it is accommodating enough for a range of skill levels but it still offers a fair challenge. The golf course offers a quick and challenging round for more advanced players but gentle enough for beginners.

Another good day
This is the third week in a row that I have made the trip up to Lake Worth to play a round. Fun course and forgiving. They did just punch the greens, which slowed the greens down significantly.
Ship shape
Course is great shape fairways greens bunkers all in great condition
Even though the pace of play seems slow we finished in 4 hours and 20 minutes

Great view off the intercoastal
For the value you can't beat the views and vibes off their intercoastal. You're not gonna have the best manicured fairways or the fastest greens but it's definitely worth the price and a regular part of my rotation. Highly recommended.

Super course, first time visiting….
Other than some slow play at times in the front 9, back moved much better. A bunch of different tee options and I was able to find one that worked for me.
They are doing some work on the patio outside the restaurant. The clubhouse / bathrooms were nicer than many others I’ve seen.
Did not check out the restaurant. If I had more economic means I’d give serious thought to their membership.

Much improved and always fun
I have played LW municipal several times a year over many years and this is the best condition I have seen this course in. A few greens are still a little patchy but they have improved greatly. For those who expect country clubs conditions and rate this course poorly, join a CC. This is a municipal course and plays well with an amazing backdrop of the LWB intercoastal.
