Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation in Leland is a 27-hole layout that offers a championship course as well as another, more player-friendly nine. The three nines can be played in different 18-hole combinations. The courses are named after the colorful blooms that can be found throughout: Camellia, Magnolia, and Azalea. The Camellia/Magnolia combination is the championship layout. The Magnolia/Azalea Course is a challenging but playable combination that will appeal to any skill level. The golf course is routed through forests of mature trees and also across grassy meadows, providing a diverse landscape that will test you with a variety of different shots. Water comes into play on almost every hole, most notably on the back nine, Azalea, where there is a tricky island green. In addition to the course, Magnolia Greens also has a practice range, putting and chipping greens, and two practice bunkers.

Soggy Mess
Lots of recent rain including while playing this day left this course virtually under water. Heavy recent rain would be a good reason to avoid this course but it is probably a better experience when dry. The layout is good and everything is green and well maintained . Play seemed to consist of mostly regulars and pace wasn’t great if behind any of these golfers. The cost for the quality was very much in line and a pretty good value. I’d recommend the course on a dry sunny day.

Great all around course
Everything about the course was great except my score. Ate before round. Had a very good breakfast of biscuits and gravy.Hit some balls at the driving range,some chipping,ang putting. Teed off on time.staff at bag drop asked if we wanted ice and water in our cooler on the cart.great touch on a hot August day.the course was in good shape.Some of the greens on the Magnolia course where a little rough from aeration. But still playable..I spent to much time in the sand.

Booked through golf now ... course was nice, challenging, and a beautiful day. Would recommend it.
WAY over priced!!
Been playing this course for 10+ years and used to be reasonably priced and always in good shape, but today, not good! Grass in fairways was brown and old mowed grass laying everywhere! Tee boxes need lots of work, but the worst part was the amount I paid. I called and they wanted $65 so I booked online for $51.75. Not worth the money and what I don’t get it used to be $45, which isn’t bad for a sub par course. Don’t plan to play there again anytime soon. I’ll stick to CF National.

Great course, friendly staff, pace of play was good, course was in good shape. Everything was good! Only complaint was the price!! Would play here a lot more if it wasn’t so high!!
Good course
First time playing the course. I hit range balls here quite a bit, but have never played due to high prices. Course was in really good condition. Greens rolled decent, but slow with little break. Layout is very challenging, but enjoyable. Overall really good experience, but wouldn’t pay the money outside of the GolfNow price. The course is short, so be prepared to lots of wedges.
Excellent course
Really enjoyed the round today. Everyone was nice from the bag boys, to the starter, and the club house ladies. Very well kept course, and super challenging. I’ll be back
Great course with a friendly touch
Played for the first time today. Staff from the pro shop to the starter was excellent and very welcoming. The course conditions were excellent given the time of year... greens were smooth and fast. My rating would have been straight 5’s had the course design not brought so many homes so close to the course. The combination of cart paths next to OB on every hole was a bit much.....all because of the proximity of the homes. Would definitely play again given the conditions and the people.
Course in Good Shape
Course was in good shape and it was a nice, quick (sub 4-hour) round. Nothing flashy here, but it's a good course, and at $30, it's a pretty good deal in the afternoon. Friendly staff and nice practice facilities.

Nice course
Beautiful course, fairways & bunkers in great shape. Greens had good speed but were very firm. Lots of large fairway & green bunkers,. A playable & fun course.
The course (Azelia and Magnolia nines) was in good shape. The greens were true and reasonably fast. Good people in the clubhouse and on the course. A fine day.

Course was in good shape. greens were way slower than normal and therefore not as true as usuall but it was still fun played all 27 holes had a great time would recommend for anyone
