Need New Management
I don't have any problem with the course, I have a problem with the workers.
We left a speaker at the course - I called and they specifically told me they found it IN OUR CART we used that day. I did a full description and everything, and asked them to put our name on it for us to pick up as soon as we could. They said of course, no issue there at all, we have your name on it and will hold on to it until you pick it up.
They now have given the speaker to someone else because they called and claimed it theirs a WEEK after WE CONFIRMED WHERE IT WAS FOUND, THE TYPE, and WHEN IT WAS FOUND. It's a $200 speaker and there is "nothing they can do about it" because someone went up there before I could said they lost an "orange speaker" because we live out of town. It's not orange, it's black with small orange detailing but I am sure they gave it to some kid that saw it behind the desk or someone that worked there said to call and claim it.
Cameron Forrest should be ashamed at how he spoke to us on the phone and that he and his team don't do their do diligence before giving away things with someone else's name on it. We will never be back. Pathetic showing of courtesy and service. Such a joke.
Fun course
Bent grass greens were in great condition. Overall course condition was good given recent rains and very cold weather. Given the number of blind shots a course map would be very helpful. GPS watch a must. Extremely walker friendly (long and flat).
Best course in the area
Great course for beginners. Mostly flat land and wide open fairways. Greens are in great condition. Only bad I can say is the bunkers are mostly unplayable because there are rocks and pebbles in the sand.
Will play again!!
Really nice course. Played in late November and course was in great shape. Kudos to the superintendent!

After two days of rain, the. Course was in great shape. We finished in the recommended 4 hours with no waiting per hole. Course was in excellent shape with lots of challenges. We love this course!
