Enjoy the lunch
When the only positive review about a golf course is the restaurant, the message is obvious. The food is great! The golf course not so much. The layout is interesting and, if the course was maintained, it would be a fun experience. The greens are slow with ball marks everywhere. It is like putting on a bumpy road. The fringe areas have a lot of crabgrass which makes putting from the fringe an adventure. The tee boxes are pitiful, many are bare, all have unrepaired divots. How about mowing the rough to a height a little less than a US Open. Sand traps are unmaintained, many rocks and pebbles along with unrepaired washouts. No, it hadn't rained within the past 5 days.
Fairways are bare in many spots. Not burnt, just bare. Have lunch but don't waste your money on the golf. There are other many nicer and well maintained courses in the area.
