Really slow and nasty staff !!!!
Not a great place to golf. Guy cutting grass ran over my ball. He then said I hope you have more balls in your bag, and I’ll run those over too !
Our tee time was over booked with 4 sets of people starting at the same time.
Guys in front of us took 2 hours and 30 minutes to do 9 holes. These guys where in there 60’s hitting from back tee’s and couldn’t hit it more then 100 yards !!!!!
raymond charm
this is a really nice little course.The play was fast paced even though it is under a lot of renovation,it didn't slow the game.Lots of challenges,just a really neat little course.Staff very friendly,Very reasonably priced,well worth it.
NIce country course
Raymond is a nice country course. It is in excellent shape, from tees to green. Pace of play was good. Very enjoyable.
Beautiful setting.
Friendly staff from the get-go. Near 4th tee there were new washrooms . My wife found them locked & no key on our cart. She phoned in & they brought one right away with an apology & a free game in the future. Very kind.
Carts are a little long in the tooth (old). But all in all a very pleasant day. Very lush & pleasing surroundings.
great 9 hole course
Friendly for all handicaps but with strategic pin placements(played right after a tournament) but with small and undulating greens, it was quite challenging. Playable in wet conditions with fairways and greens sloping away from play. Great view of course from balconey.
It's In great shape.
The couse is in great shape. Was a Lil slow playing because on singles an new groups of 4. But will play again.
challenging course
The Raymond course is very well looked after. The fairways and greens are in great shape. The course is not terribly busy during the week and is enjoyable to play when you are not being pushed or held up by other golfers.
Good value for the money.
Good little course., some narrow fairways and hazards in the right place makes this 9 'hole golf course a bit challenging. We did not eat at the course so I gave a neutral rating there.
Nice short course 9
Very hard to find this course if you rely on gps or a google search. golfnow needs to get the proper location. The signage in the town may not exist. The entrance is on the WEST side of the course. Head east on the highway from town and turn right after the hospital towards the stampede grounds then left on a dirt path
Other than a little standing water by one tee box the course was in great condition. The greens ran true and had a fairly consistent speed. I liked the layout of the course, considering how short it was there was just enough difficulty to make it a challenge for longer hitters but very playable for all levels. A steady wind was very helpful on a few holes. I will return when I am down south again
*also found out they do not serve alcohol, a beer would have been great with the fantastic burger
Very well kept course.
This course is very maintained. Lots of water available so very nice fairways. The greens were lush yet quite fast. There are enough hazards to make it challenging yet it is still playable. I will play there again as was well worth the green fees.
Okay for the money
The tee boxes were scruffy and weedy. The greens were pock marked with what looks like poorly repaired cup holes. Fairways were in good condition and the rough was just juicy enough to make it challenging. Overall it was okay for the price.

I always have fun on this course & all my friends that I bring with me also enjoy it
Pleasant Surprise
Pleasant surprise. The 9 hole course was in great condition.
The fairways were wide and open. The greens were true and in great condition for early season.
First time play
Poor signage to get to the course, I found it hard driving to the course to see where to turn in. The course otherwise played nicely, open with good greens.
Average
Greens were very slow and the cart path not maintained very well.

This course is a semi-dry course, with very nice greens they are in great shape, they aren't very tough but they are a bit faster than the average green!
