About
Opened in June 2003, the 4-diamond Brookstreet Resort features two stunning courses. The Marshes Championship Golf Course was designed by Robert Trent Jones II and features a state-of-the-art GPS-equipped golf cart. With as many as four tee decks per hole, The Marshes' bent-grass fairways and greens will challenge and reward golfers of every caliber.

Great course, but...
The good:
Amazing course layout. Range balls and newish cart included in price. Good condition overall, but.
The not so good:
Bring lots of balls, unforgiving marshy areas and water line lots of holes. GPS that I understand they had in past is now removed from carts. Lots of divots on fairways and marks on greens. Pro shop staff need customer service training... wasn't the best check-in experience I ever had.
Excellent Course
Course was in great shape! All greens were nice played fast and fairways were excellent. Great layout has some of everything, Lots of big bunkers as well as water. Challenging long course! Disappointing that on a hot day didn't see the cart girl until the 10th hole and it was her last call! They also were closed for food and drinks on the patio after our round. But as far as golf goes excellent course! Would definitely recommend and will go back!
Not up to the hype
Our foursome was really looking forward to the round. Beautiful clubhouse, great staff. Good layout, albeit slightly unusual — 6 par 4s, 6 par 5s and 6 par 3s. Unfortunately, the conditions of the greens were horrendous. All the courses in the area had their greens suffer from the previous winter, but all the other courses (that I’ve played) have recovered their greens nicely. But not here. And because of that, it most definitely is NOT worth the money.
ton of features, sand long holes lots of pat 3. and par 5.
i found it hard. not a scratch golfer so I was a little taken aback by all the bunkers since they aren't my forte. each hole offered a challenge especially the par 5 of just over 600 yards. my buddy played the blue so i played them as well. I should have played white. if you are a senior with around 18-20 handicap i suggest you play where you play best.
Extraordinarily beautiful course
With this weather, get out there, golfers. Bargain rates. Just bring extra balls!
Carts
Carts were not available when I checked in due to a tournament and no one around to take me to the range. The response I got from the staff when I asked for a ride was less than acceptable.
If you book a tee time with a cart, then I am expecting to have one ready, if not, atleast have an appropriate response.
The greens were gouged out from the multiple tournaments, but the rest of the course was in great shape.
Great course from all tees
I've played here many times and never been disappointed. The only thing I wish they still had was the GPS on the carts.
The weather sucked and the pace took forewver
Was stuck behind a tourney and took almost 5 and a half hours to play a round that should have been 4
So frustrating
And tried. To cancel because of drizzly weather

Great course, slow round
Love playing this course and it's definitely one I would recommend. It was cart path only and the groups in front of me were quite slow. Ended up being a 5.25 hour round. Too long in my opinion. That's my only complaint. First time the round has been slow.
Love this course
Highly recommended you try this course out. It's very challenging, but fair. Course is in immaculate condition and the greens are running fast. There are tee blocks for all levels of play. I will be coming back for sure.
Had a great time
Always enjoy playing this course. Some very challenging holes from the Blue tees. Number 2 is a beast. I will play again.
