Tiny Greens
Memorial Park in New Castle has some of the smallest greens around. Most are pretty flat, with a few very back to front sloped exceptions along the way (like 9 and 13). Its a short course at around 5700 yards, but you do need the driver as there is a 600 yard par 5, and a few drivable par 4's (if you can find the really really small greens). Lots of back and forth, and I wasn't a fan of a couple hole designs, like 18. Conditions are about what you'd expect from a muni in that while things were mowed and firm, the rough and fairways were hardly distinguishable from one another, and the greens were a little bumpy and showed some scarring from recent aerification. . It's a little tricky to get back to off route 3, but not too bad. Would be a good course for learners and locals.

This is an enjoyable course to play. Cost is great on golf now and worth playing.
Great course for the money !
Really short course with challenging small greens ! No fairways but grass is well kept ! The course is very nice and staff is super friendly definitely worth a trip ! Recommend to everyone especially people new to the game !

Nice, Basic Course
Nothing too fancy here, but a nice and fair course to play.
Conditions were good - The greens are very well kept. The layout is basic, but nice. The staff is very friendly, and the price is very hard to beat.
I'll be playing a lot of golf here this year. A nice place to spend some time.
Excellent for walkers, seniors and fees
This is a great course for early season play to work out the kinks and get your swing under control. The course allows for the early season errors that will occur and allows you to work on GIR which is a test considering the small greens. It is a very peaceful place to play.
no fairways
I could not tell where the fairways were. This course needs mowed terribly. The pro and the man that worked inside were very friendly.
