A good walk not spoiled
Interesting course with several tight driving holes and challenging approaches. Long enough from the Silver tees and a a few long walks between tee boxes…would definitely use an electric trolley or buggy next time.
Got a great deal to play and enjoyed it!
Practice area is great and the balls are free..always a nice touch.
Brocket Hall ...golf
My daughter and I Booked to play ..
One of the best places to play in hertfordshire...
Both courses beautiful.
Staff friendly.
Got a good deal from golfnow.
Only down side , buggies quite expensive , when also paying for the round...
Lovely place....
Palmerston course
What to say, such a beautiful setting to have a course. With some ancient woodlands and some amazing oaks lining the course with birds of prey flying above. 1st is a very nice opening hole with plenty of forgiveness if needed to get you started. An it just gets better as it goes, with well position bunkers which did get my ball a few times throughout the course and a great half way hut. Which was much needed in the heat today! Will definitely be coming back! I didn't get a chance to make use of the practice facilities, but a really good setup. Allowing bunking, chipping, putting and long range practice. Was definitely a shame I didn't make use of it.
Lovely Course
Some unusual holes- lots of hills so take a buggy if older
Excellent practice facility
Corse in perfect condition and challenging, greens in great condition
Class
Beautiful course, worth the money. A step above normal tracks. Golf Academy looks the bomb!
Spectacular!
This place is a golf lovers dream. Practice facilities and course in great condition. I played in a weekday afternoon and there was no one on the course. There are a lot of hills so you need to be in reasonable shape to enjoy or have a cart. No carts were allowed the day I played and all electric buggies had been hired so had a pull trolley which made the walk extra difficult. But the elevations are what makes the holes so incredible to look at. The majority of holes are through mature woodland that you could swear you were playing Woburn at a discounted fee. Some of the holes out of the woods around the turn are a little plain but take nothing away from it, this course is a gem.
Quality golf course. Some really challenging holes but all of them have something different about them
Lovely and enjoyable
Quite scenic and very enjoy place to have some golf fun. Starts you off gently but more challenges as the day progresses. Would recommend a buggy as course is fairly king and somewhat hilly in parts. All in all, a fabulous day out!!
