Seves master course
The shire was such a lovely course, the set up was fantastic staff were really helpful and polite. The course was a bit wet but the greens were in super condition. I will look forward to playing the shire again in the summer.
This course is very tough.
Almost all holes need first shot precisely since there are guard bankers.
This course is very trickery
If this is first time for your play of this golf course, you should buy the course guide, otherwise it is difficult to where and how to hit the first ball.
nice and different course - with 6 par 3,4,5
wet underfoot when we played but pro shop did give us advance warning that it was carry only
Great course
This a great course with loads of challenging hole! The greens were in excellent condition even after a good couple of days worth of rain on them!

Excellent except for little things
Terrific course in great condition October but tricky for players new to the course because of lack of information at each hole and how to find the next.
First time there and lucky for us one of us bought the course guide that has the hole information, distances and hazards and more important where the pin is. Unless you know you can be playing blind because there is no information at any of the tees.
Finding the next hole is easy enough except for 11-12 we ended-up on 14 and by the time we walked back the next group were nearly upon us.
Another negative is two pins share one green - it makes you wonder which pin to aim-at.
Challenging course with lots of water, looks fantastic, just let down by assuming everyone knows their way around.
Very tricky course
A very challenging course, pretty much every shot needs some sort a thought process, got my money's worth with my Garmin watch today! Hazards everywhere, enjoyed it thoroughly and would recommend to all Middle to low handicappers
