Carriage Greens Country Club

I signed up to golf on Friday. When I showed up to golf the golf shop said they had no reservations and I could only play if I paid full price .. I already PAID. I called up GOLFNOW and they said they would call the course. They were unable to connect with the course. I was on the phone for 30 minutes with GOLFNOW. GOLFNOW said they would call me back and they never did. I called back with GOLF NOW and they call the course who said that I played. How did I play if I was on the phone for 30 minutes and how did I play if I Booked another tee time and played at a different course. GOLFNOW and Carriage Green both REFUSED to fund me.
I am being duped by both. This is NOT RIGHT.

I had a confirmed reservation and showed it to the golf shop but he indicated that unless I pay the current full price I don’t golf - I am still pending refund from GolfNow

Like this course but over priced for its condition on the weekends. Found a decent deal on GolfNow during the week. Would probably play there again because greens were ok and like the course layout.

Course is in good shape pace was slow price was reasonable

Staff will curse at you if you take the wrong cart!

Rudest owner and starter ever. Customer service skills don’t exist. The course is nothing special. I wouldn’t recommend this course even if it were free.

Never met such a rude owner that worked the counter and a starter who has no customer service skills what’s so ever. The course is nothing special. I wouldn’t recommend this course if it was free because of the lack of appreciation you get from the owner and the rudest behavior from the starter.

Thirteen seniors playing get to first t box and the rudest starter you’d ever meet spoke down to us, no please or thank you when asked for our receipt and he had difficulty figuring out who paid so he call the owner. Owner comes out and was just as rude lecturing us on his rules and what we did wrong. Then eight holes into playing one of the players didn’t secure the cart break and the cart rolled into a ditch. That player and the other two were then told we could no longer play at the course and the owner called the police to fill out a accident report. No damage was done other then needing to pull the cart out of the ditch. We didn’t get a refund and we’re told we’d be arrested for trespassing if we ever came back. All we did was have a cart end up in a small ditch. Late seventies, not drinking. It was a simple accident. The starter was so rude speaking to us when the police showed up. For a unexceptional course the ownership and that employees attitude and disrupt to customers is in called for. I would never recommend this course. Rude people.
