Course was in good condition. Fall colors were in full swing. Beautiful day. But as soon as we checked in the guy at the front tried to change us a second time. When I showed him we had paid he became angry. Then the Cart struggled to get anywhere or to stop on any incline because the breaks bearly held. No water on course. Played behind a sixum. I asked what was going on and they promised they would stop at 9. Nope! We had to play with these goofs for 18 holes. Buyer beware. Not a very good idea to play here.
Great course
Everything was great course was very nice. Only complaint is the bistro/bar hours were not accurst. Wanted to get a drink and the sign said they opened at 12 but I found out from the pro shop staff the bar wasn’t opening until 2pm
Harassed during play
Come out to play this course if you want to schedule ahead and have the clerk at the desk come out and complain several times. Not only having to start late for frost delay 2 hours late. Just to get 5 holes in and harrassed.
Hidden Gem
I don't know if it was the time of year but booked two tee times for a Saturday around noon at 8am and the course was very open and in great shape. About the only downside was the golf carts were extremely slow especially going up hills.
Great course - great value
A gem of a public course in NWI. Layout is fantastic with a lot of elevation changes - didn’t feel like Indiana
Seldom disappoints
In good shape, always enjoy the challenge of playing here with the differences between the front and back 9's!
course is fine , last 2 times there staff short and not friendly at all get another job
