Decent Louisville Muni
I wanted to rate this course higher, but the course conditions and maintenance practices bring it down. All bunkers have been abandoned as well as several back tees. All of the greens have been altered and flattened out.
The layout is good and has some rolling terrain that has several memorable holes. However the course conditions hold this course back.
Good public parks course for the money
Played late in the afternoon during the week so the course was pretty busy. I played 18 holes with a cart and came up on plenty of threesomes and foursomes, mostly walking. Everyone was very easy-going and let me play through, I finished 18 holes in 2:40. Course was in decent condition. The fairways are patchy, but not much dirt/mud, just rough patches in the grass. Greens are decent, but many people did not repair the ball marks. Plenty of elevation changes make the course fun. All in all, a great value for the price.
