Gibson Bay Golf Course

Terrific Dr. Michael Hurdzan golf course. Conditions are some of the best in Ky. Not many public courses better than this one.

I had to travel 6+ hours to find an unusual stretch of really nice weather, but the pro, the clubhouse, the course, the value made the experience truly fantastic. The layout has a nice variety to it and couple that with the rates, conditions and down-to-earth professionalism of the staff and you’ll just not find a better value. Thanks Gibby Bay!

GB is no longer a client of GN do not book a tee time on GN as it causes chaos at the course. GN get it together and remove GB from your bookings ASAP.

Very nice course with some challenging par 3's over water. Most holes will challenge you to hit your driver with a fade or draw to put yourself in best position for your approch shot. Greens were nice and very receptive to well hit shots.

My wife went out of town and so I played 18 by myself, and started at 3:00. I didn’t reach 10 until 6:00. It took 3 hours to play 9 holes. At numerous holes we were backed up 3 groups deep. Not the group behind me but the TWO groups behind them left because of pace, not before saying some choice words lol. The group of 5 that was holding the entire course up left after 9, so I flew through the back with nobody ahead and was pulling out at 7:30. As for the course it was nice, watered greens, some spots were pretty horrid and needed attention. This course is fun, challenging, water and bunkers were plentiful. I didn’t think $41 for 18 and a cart was a great value, with sinkholes and some pretty rough areas of the course (Broke multiple tees in the ground boxes were so hard) even if I take out the horrible experience with the pace. I will probably play again but Golfnow it for 25-30 bucks is probably more fair, but I understand these courses aren’t for charity and need to turn a profit.

This was a great round, weather was good, pace was good, course in good shape, but getting dry. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I always enjoy playing here.

First time playing Gibson Bay this year and the greens were in great shape. We played in the morning so everything was wet but playable. We will be back. One of the best values and challenging courses in central Kentucky.

Course is well laid out and maintained very well. Really enjoyed the nice views of the course and layout.

Absolutely loved this golf course. It is such a beautiful course with some very scenic holes. The layout is great. The course conditions were excellent. The value for your money playing here is the best around. I highly recommend this course!!

My experience was perfect. Very challenging course for a below average golfer like me. There was a youth golf clinic in front of me and kind of wished they suggested me to start at back 9. Still had a great time and will be coming back.
