Awful experience
Drove 55 miles to meet a friend who selected this course for being midway between us. No warmup area, was scheduled to go off directly after men’s club tournament.....went off 25 minutes late.Conditions were just awful. Tees were dirt and sand, fairways awful, bunkers were dirt and rocks with grass growing through the “sand”. Blind shots goofy bounces, hardpan and rough was dirt or weeds. Greens were smooth but so slow they were just awful. Took almost three hours to play the front nine, got to 10th tee....a par three and three groups were on the tee.went in and asked for a refund for 9 holes as it was a horrible experience. No refund...just a rain check for 9 holes at another time....took it and gave it to a youngster as a gift as I would never go back there to play again. Gorgeous day, perfect weather and a total waste of time. Horrendous design, conditions and impossible pace of play. I would rather not play golf than go there.

I've played a lot of rounds at Mt Hood. The course is relatively easy but always in nice shape. The course is very hilly so I recommend using a cart if you've never played it. The pace of play is fair but you have to remember that it is a muni.
Great round
This is a really nice course, par 69 but challenging. I highly recommend using a cart, lot of up and down hills.
