Hidden Gem
We have been playing Twin Beach for a few years now and could not be more pleased. It is a great little course hidden in a West Bloomfield sub-division. The course is challenging, the kitchen is great and the staff is wonderful.
Course Conditions EXCELLENT! And Clubhouse newly rennovated!
Had the chance to play Twin Beach Country Club earlier this year. The course conditions were phenomenal! Tee boxes were perfectly manicured, couldn't find a divot in the fairways, and the greens were ascetically pleasing and fast! Don't get above the hole or you will pay a price. Course is said to be only 9 holes, but they have two separate tees on every hole as well as three double greens so in essence you are playing 18 holes! Neat use of limited acerage. I walked the 18 holes and used a brand new pull cart. They also have electric carts available. Before beginning my round I enjoyed a nice practice session on the finely manicured practice range with practice green and bunker. The inside of the clubhouse was also newly renovated with new carpeting, fixtures, televisions, bar top, chairs, tables, furniture, and more. I was truly impressed with my experience. Very affordable private club golf. I would highly recommend this to friends and family!

I have been a member of Twin Beach Country Club for over 36 years. I am so happy that I have spent most of my golfing life there. I find myself going to the club almost every day during the golfing season. It is a place that can not be beat. The course is extremely challenging without being penal. It is a traditional old style tree-lined course that is always in excellent condition. The multiple tees on every hole allow it to be played and enjoyed by golfers of all skill levels. Even though it is technically a nine hole golf course, the two very different sets of tees on the front and back nines and the double greens on some holes allows it to be played as an 18 hole course. The locker rooms, dining room, outdoor patio and pro shop are all first class. The food that is served for lunch and dinner is excellent. Having said all that, the best thing about Twin Beach is the people. From the general manager and head pro through to the staff, they treat everyone with respect and friendliness. The camaraderie between members is wonderful. Having a smaller club allows the members to know most of their fellow members. New members are welcomed and treated as though they have been there for years. There is also a very active ladies' program and many terrific social events. The bottom line is that I highly recommend Twin Beach to anyone interested in a club filled with good cheer, friendliness and a super golf course.
