Great play and pace
Friendly staff. Course was in great shape. Beautiful day and nice pace of play. It was my first time playing since I broke my wrist in June so was happy to play and enjoy this beautiful course.
Great course
Tees, greens and fairways all great condition. Greens fast and true. Be aware of road construction on Highway 10!
Fun round @ Green Have GC
Bday round with son and bride. All was good, very attentive beverage cart:-) and well kept course.
Ideal Municipal Course
Well named course, the course is always very green and lush. I always enjoy my rounds out at Green Haven, it is a shorter course, so walking is always a pleasure, but course has great carts. There is a small practice green, no chipping area and no driving range. The pro shop has everything you need, and the staff was friendly. The food at the Tavern is fantastic, not your typically bar food.
The course:
The tee boxes are well maintained, the greens are in good condition aside from where you will find many divots in the fairway from the heavy play the course receives. On the Greens, they are once agreen lush and green, a bit slow and not very challenging, but will see a few ball marks here and there.
If you are trying to find a place to play in the north of the twin cities, this is a great spot for a casual round with friends and family. It will not wow you, but you will enjoy your round.
Nice course
1st time playing this course and it was only 30 minutes from my home. Definitely will play again.
Couse is in Great Shape
This was the best shape I've seen for this course, especially the greens. The putts rolled very true
Spur of the moment vacation round
I was in town for a baseball tournament with almost a full day of down-time between games. My son and I decided to play 9 and found Greenhaven on GolfNow. It was the most affordable of the local/recommended courses. The fairways were in really good conditions and the greens were undulating and rolled pure (although please people....please remember to repair your pitch marks on the greens). We were paired with 2 locals who were able to give us some course info as we played the front 9. All around great experience!
not a fan
to many fivesomes allowed. We had to groups of 5 players in front of us. Plus I had two balls picked up by other players on different fairways.
Great Value
The greens are always in good shape, great value, great staff, good pace, and now that construction is complete easy to get to.
