Heritage Glen Golf Club

About
Heritage Glen Golf Club in Paw Paw is definitely a contender for most scenic golf course in Michigan. The rolling hills and valleys of the state's "wine country" provide the setting for the course. The layout has an interesting mix of holes with some that have a Scottish-links style while others are so lined with trees that it feels like you're in the North woods. Overall, it's a player-friendly golf course but there are some challenging par 5s and you'll definitely get a chance to work on your iron game. Heritage Glen's sixth hole might turn out to be one of the hardest par 5s you'll ever play. It stretches to 625 yards from the back tees with a marsh to the left and a bunker surrounding the green. Bogie is considered a good score on this tough hole.

Overpriced and slow
Course allowed a 6 and a 7 some out on the course which backed it up had to skip 3 holes it got so bad. And sand was on the green from treatments earlier in the week and no warning given. Pretty poor how much is charged
Greens Need Help
The staff is very professional. This was my first time playing the course and it was in a tournament. The greens are not in the best shape. There are patches of dead spots that will take your ball off line. Hit it and pray. The pace of play was good. The course is pretty wide open with plenty of trees. Fairways are in good shape. Once the greens are addressed, I would consider playing here again.
Greens Need Help
Some greens on the course had the same dry, sunburned patches from last summer. Hoping they can repair those to create a truly elite experience for this area.
Greens
One of the best layouts in all of Southwest Michigan just feel everyone should just know and it’s only fair that they know the greens are in horrible shape. It’s very unfortunate. I know they’re doing their best to bring them back but for now for the price I just can’t come back
Heritage Glen GC in November
The course was in great condition for early November. Driving range was closed as well as the bar and restaurant. The fall leaves were not too bad as they were mostly off the fairways and greens. It was a beautiful day!
Late fall fun
Course was in excellent condition for the time of the year. Greens rolled true. Nice course with a very reasonable price.
Beautiful course. Nice layout. Challenging but fair. Wish they had a drink cart out. Will play again.
horrendous condition
I quit a league at this course 2 years ago due to declining conditions. Nothing could have prepared me for the condition this course was in. Greens with large areas of strictly dirt. Amazing they charged us $86. The 2 some we were paired with payed around $70 and didn't use golfnow. This course was worth $35 the day I played it.
Golf weekday
Nice round of golf on a nice course and it took only 3 hours.
Hot golf
Course was in good shape other than some occasional decay on the greens. Pace of play was very good. Good round of golf.
What Happened to the Greens?
Unfortunately I have to give this once pristine golf course a poor rating🧐
What in the world happened to the greens? They were HORRIBLE...
Saturday Round at Heritage Glen in Paw Paw. MI
Beautiful course (other than a few greens that had some disease on them). The round was fairly slow (5+ hours) on a busy Saturday with perfect weather. The beverage cart should not be allowed to serve beverages along the tough 3 hole stretch on the front nine = slowing golf down even more than it already was.
