GREAT MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
Great County owned course. Gets lots of play but stays in great shape throughout the year. Best value for the money in town! Good food in the Caddie Shack. 4 sets of tees for all levels of play. From the tips it’s over 7300 yds. About 6400 from the reds. They do their best to get you out even if you don’t have a t-time (recommended). Golf cart and golf club rental available. Has a large driving range, 2 putting greens and a chipping green with a greenside bunker to practice from.
GREAT PUBLIC COURSE
This course can be challenging from the back tees or play it from the fronts and still be awarded with a fair but tough round. Course is in excellent shape. A great value for your money. The staff will try it’s best to get you out even without a t-time! May have a little wait but almost always will squeeze you in!
long wide open course
Course in very good shape foe muni type course. Lots of trees that don't come into play with the wide fairways. Flat with elevated greens and tees. Lots of deer. Used to more teeing options, still liked the course.
A gem in the Missoula valley!
I recently had the privilege to play a little bit of golf on a business outing and came across a diamond in the rough! From the moment I arrived at this course I was greeted with a friendly smile and the wonderful staff! I had a little time before my round and stopped in to the caddy shack restaurant and was very impressed with the Roast Beef Melt sandwich, can you say delicious? I continued on playing 18 holes with wonderful Larchmont regulars and was very impressed with the condition of the course for the amount of play it gets. I would highly recommend this course to anyone staying in the Missoula area. If wide open skies and Big sky country is for you than Larchmont golf course is the place to play! The greens fees were also very affordable and everyone is super accommodating! I most definitely will be back very soon!
