Disgusted

Was threatened by a “regular” at the driving range. Situation was started and escalated by the 2 owners. Owner of the golf course and restaurant. Completely disgusted by the way we were treated. Very bad experience.

Threatened by owner

recently had a highly disturbing experience at Mill road. While playing golf with friends, one of them accidentally sped a bit while turning around in the parking lot. This minor incident triggered an incredibly hostile response from the owner of the on-site restaurant. He stormed out, put his finger in our friend's face, and cursed at us. This behavior was shockingly unprofessional and completely uncalled for.

To make matters worse, a man claiming to be a regular came over from the driving range and threatened us multiple times with a golf club. The situation escalated to the point where we felt unsafe and had to flee the course. We ended up calling the police due to the severity of the threats.

This experience was not only unpleasant but also terrifying. I strongly advise potential visitors to be cautious and reconsider visiting this golf course. The staff's aggression and the threatening behavior of their regulars are significant red flags. Such an environment is the last thing anyone wants while trying to enjoy a game of golf.

GOOD EXECUTIVE COURSE

Well kept executive course - 14 par threes and 4 short par fours. Each hole is legitimate; the course as a whole is well laid out over good golfing ground. You have to pick your times to play; its gets slow around 1130 AM and then things pick up at 400 PM when league play starts. Also, attracts many outings, so call first. Somewhat expensive, but they clearly are putting money into the course. The driving range features thin grass, and needs refurbishing. Nice people and a good restaurant in the clubhouse.

Great short game course

Overall this is a nice course , but the course is meant to be walked instead of driving a cart. It easily gets backed up because the course is not managed well by the Rangers and the clubhouse does not enforce a twosome/foursome rule. Practice areas are well kept. The back parking lot is just one big pothole. Compared with courses that are longer and other public holes, 30 bucks is too much to play.
