The 18-hole Falcon's Fire Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL is a public golf course that opened in 1993. Designed by Rees Jones and Greg Muirhead, Falcon's Fire Golf Club measures 7006 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 135 and a 73.2 USGA rating. The course features 4 sets of tees for different skill levels. The greens are tifdwarf bermuda and the fairways are bermuda grass.
Falcon's Fire, a Rees Jones and Greg Muirhead signature masterpiece, is typically wide open, however, shot accuracy is essential. Fairways and greens are well bunkered, and water hazards are a common occurrence.

Go anywhere else
The rumors about Falcon’s Fire returning to a great mid-level course have been greatly exaggerated. I swore off this course after playing a tournament in the mud pit it had become a few years ago but we gave it another chance, for some reason. There are still drainage issues in some fairways despite little recent rainfall, too many greens were indistinguishable from a bunker, and the course staff seem indifferent to their own incompetence. This place needs another management overhaul immediately. At $110, it’s grossly overpriced for the experience and can only justify the price by its relation to nearby courses. Skip it because you’ll get a far better experience paying a little more at one of the wonderful courses nearby or add another 15 minutes to your drive from the resort area to save money and frustration at a course that cares.
Do not waste your money
For over $100 a round on a Saturday morning, please spend your money elsewhere. The course was in terrible condition, grass was scorched in some areas, soggy in others (despite no rain), and greens were practically a beach on some holes. I had two times booked for my party, and they started half of us on the front 9 and half on the back 9. The course as well as management need a major overhaul.
Greens in bad condition. So overpriced for what you got.
Not in good shape
Most greens have dead spots and have patches covered with sand. Fairways are inconsistent and have large dead spots. I have played it previously when it was in better shape. Disappointed with course conditions at this price.

Very disappointed in the condition of this course!!!!!
We were Very disappointed with the condition of the course!!!!! Just about every tee box was nothing but dirt . Every fairway had lots of burnt grass on them. The greens, we’re discussing!!! Most of them were bumpy and a lot of them had places marked ground under repair on them. A lot of them were burnt and had sand on them. One green ,we hit our balls to it and just picked up because it was covered with sand..
On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful!!!!

Worst Course In Orlando
Shocking Greens, Shocking fairways, Shocking Tee boxes.. Its was a premiere course, now its a course to walk on by. SHOCKING!!!

Falcon Fire has turned into a scrub golf course!
So disappointed with this golf course. I have been coming to Orlando for the last 10 years, except Covid times, and I absolutely looked forward to one of the premiere courses in Kissimmee..... NOT ANY LONGER!!! The greens were the worst I have seen anywhere, and I mean anywhere!! The fairways were bald, burned out or just not looked after. Tee boxes were as if a badger had a party on most.. This course has gone from Sweet sugar to toilet water in one year.. To charge more than $25 for this course is a travesty... Who ever they brought in to manage the course needs to WALK AWAY... Shocking drop in excellence... 0/10 rating... What was as disappointing was that there was no indication given from the starter or once you checked in that the course was in garbage shape... 0/10 for honesty!

Disappointing
We play this course every year we come to Florida and always look forward to playing it. This year was a complete disappointment. Course was not in good shape, brown fairways, sand traps overgrown with weeds surrounding, tee boxes were bare to spotty. All greens were slow, with brown spots throughout. The green on 14 was unputtable with white large areas of sand throughout. Sad for such a nice track. Only redeeming feature was the bistro food was good but hard to be happy after a disappointing day of golf. The course needs a lot of attention to bring back to where it always was maintained in the past.

Could be better
I've always liked the layout here but it was surprising to see overgrown weed infected rough areas and greens that severely damaged in spots. Needs a lot of maintenance.

Course is in bad shape
Fairways are dead & greens are almost gone. I love the layout but won’t come back unless I find out that the course conditions are greatly improved.

We’ve played Falcon Fire for years with my Golf group. This year. The course was in the worst condition. We would not come back the traps the tee boxes, the greens, the fairways all very poor condition. It’s too bad.

Falcon’s Fire was a disaster
Can’t emphasize how disappointed we are after playing Falcon’s Fire on Sunday. Greens were Brown, no grass in 50% of the fairways. Other Orlando courses are just fine, but something’s happened at Falcon’s Fire. Been awhile since we’ve played here (15 years?) so not sure when it went downhill. Stay away!
