As the calendar creeps into November, Southern courses are once again dominating Power Rankings. Tucson's Sewailo Golf Club, one of the newest golf courses in Arizona, is back on top, earning high marks from golfers last week. Fresh off fall over-seeding, the course earned perfect conditioning marks.

Here are the rest of the top-rated courses of the week as reviewed by GolfAdvisor users in overall, value and conditions categories.
