River Bend Country Club

The experience was a blast the greens were great and the layout was amazing.

Played Friday afternoon. Very few people on the course. Good layout. Understand the course had deteriorated before the current owners took over. Still a lot of tree work to do. Club house staff very nice. Will play again.

A few years ago the course was almost unplayable.
But now, after some very hard work and staff dedication, this is a very good course.. staff us wonderful, Members have a vibrant community. Small fun events year around.

The fairways were good - the rough was thick an nearly.
The greens were exceptional - probably the best I've ever seen there.

This was my first time playing River Bend and I was very impressed with the course conditions. The tee boxes were well kept, fairways were cut and clear of debris, and the greens were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will play again.

Super thrilled to see this course on GolfNow! I started playing golf at River Bend Golf & Country Club, and I have to say the transformation over the past year has been nothing short of remarkable. Under previous ownership, the course had fallen into a state of disrepair, but the new owner has completely revitalized it. The greens are back to being true and smooth, and the fairways are well-maintained.

It truly feels like the vibrant golf community it once was. If you haven’t played River Bend in a while, now is the time to experience how much it’s improved. You won’t be disappointed!

I was skeptical on playing the course after reading reviews, but someone told me that there had been a lot of work put into the course.
Boy were they right! I was shown before and after pictures and the course was in very good condition. Can't wait to play it again in the future.

Loved the layout, but there's no grass on the greens. Terrible just sand & weeds.

I have seen the comments about the greens and they are absolutely correct. The problem is that it takes a ton of money to replace greens and if the course doesn't have the customers to make the money it becomes a problem but let's get to the good.

Staff is incredible and super welcoming. Messed up a tee time on golf now and they let me come play regardless of what it said.

Carts are in great shape and was never worried about it dying.

Pace of play is great and it's not a course that will take you 5 hours to play. There are some challenging holes and a great opportunity to work on your drives and mid-short game.

The price cannot be beat and with a little help this would be a fantastic golf course.

The course was in horrible shape. Fairway was aerated, greens were half dirt, several holes had been moved onto the fairway, and none of the restrooms along the course were unlocked. Clubs and ball picked up so much dirt during each hole that my towel was trashed by the 5th hole. In my opinion this was horrible shape even for the off season.

Now for the good news. Absolutely unbeatable customer service!!! Extremely friendly staff, cart was in great condition, and best of all…the absolute best price you will find for 18 holes. This course won’t do much for your game improvement, but will be my go-to course all winter to swing a club just for the overall value. Hopefully the price stays reasonable in the summer because I would love to see what this course looks like during the summer!!!
