Seneca Hills Golf Course

Not enough chemicals being used on turf, couldn't tell where fairways ended and rough began, Just as many weeds and broadleaf as grass. If they do better turf management this course would be Very Good. The Host Bobby was Friendly and Fun, the clubhouse was Nostalgic and Welcoming. I will Play here again because the holes are challenging and Fun. I just hope greens and Fairways improve before my next visit.

I was expecting to find the course in horrible condition but was pleasantly surprised by its overall appearance.
The greens weren't in the best shape but you can tell it's a work in progress for the grounds crew.

Greens missing a lot of grass and bumpy, but only place on course there is no dandelions. I just chopped them down if the 6” tall stems were in my backswing.

The course had a great lay out with some very unique holes. For the time of the year, I thought the course played fairly well. Staff was very friendly, would recommend people to check out this course.

I’ve played this multiple and granted last year pump went out it’s come back a lot and is still continuing - the fairways tee and rough are green have nice grass and really coming around - will look very good very soon . Will def come back

The owner who has also worked the clubhouse both times Ive golfed here is super nice. Never have I been greeted and given a background and overview of a course quite like he has, very nice and polite. I thought I left my wallet this past time and when I called he was also very helpful and nice. The course is good for the price! The layout is not that difficult but fun, and good for those who love to slice the ball, it’s pretty open. No sand but you do have the challenge of 2 large ponds and some creeks. Very nice clubhouse, well kept! Nice peaceful environment, one of my favorite places to play around this area!

The course looked like it had potential for a decent round. As soon as we got to the first green, it was all down hill from there. The greens were not maintained at all and were cracked and hardly had grass on them.

This course needs to be plowed and turned back into farmland. Do not waste your money or your time here. The entire course is all rough, there are no fairways. The greens are not green at all. They are 50% brown dying grass and 50% dried cracked dirt. Someone needs to shut this course down. This course is not even fit for blind people to play.

The golf course was atrocious! The greens were awful, but the older gentleman was super nice and friendly.

The irrigation pump has been down sine beginning of June supposed to be in this week but I’m not sure it’s to late. Greens were burned up with large cracks. The fare way was brown and dormant. The owner was very apologetic for course conditions. I feel for him and hope pump comes in and up and working

We really liked the clubhouse and all the memorabilia inside. this club has can also be used as a meeting place for weddings or anything else that is needed. The course however, needs a lot of work. the irrigation system was down for 2 weeks so the green had a lot of dead grass and fairway and rough needed to be cut. It was easy to lose balls if you did not hit the fairway.

The course has not been well maintained. The grass had not been mowed and had dandelions everywhere. It was difficult to find your ball, and there the pace of play and condition was horrible!

Course keep up was terrible. It looked like they didn't cut anything but the green. Weeds all over the fairways, and they looked like the rough. The staff were friendly though.

I can’t believe this course is even open, let alone the fact they actually charge people to play here! Worst course I have ever played at hands down! The layout of the course is appealing and with a lot of work it could be a really nice course but those conditions are unacceptable! I could have paid the same price and played much nicer courses in the area. The greens barely even had any grass on them, majority of the greens were just dry cracking dirt that made it impossible to sink putts. The fairway grass was the same length as the rough so there is no reward for hitting fairways here. I usually like to give places the benefit of the doubt, but I have never seen a course this bad in my life!! Should be free to play here! I wish I would have taken pictures to show just how atrocious this course was! Will never come back.

Staff was extremely friendly, but not much evidence of any mowing going on. Sometimes difficult to find your ball in the rough & some fairways looked more like rough on most courses. If you expect to get much roll on your shots, forget it. Better hit an extra club or two. Not much selection of food in the clubhouse. Might play again, but glad I didn't pay much.

Fun course. No sand traps but some tough water holes. Overall great value. The owner was very helpful and appreciative for our business.
