Ironwood Golf Course

Played on an cool October Sunday. Not very crowded for such a beautiful day. Pace was excellent. Lots of pine trees so there was no problem with lost balls in downed leaves. The course was in great shape. Highly recommend

Had a great time today. I will defiantly play there again soon

Nice course in excellent shape and very challenging

I'm a low handicap golfer and picked this course up last minute on a hot deal ($10 for 18) good price. The course conditions were pretty good considering the super dry weather. Fairways were in ok condition and tee boxes as well. The course layout was really open with some tree lined fairways. Played from the tips, 6900 yards and it did not play to that yardage, much shorter. The greens were in great condition! True roll and no ball marks or spike marks. Greens played fast which was great and no dead spots on any green. Pace of play was good until the back. From 13 on in a 3-some was in front of me (I played alone) and they never let me pass. I was waiting on every tee box watching them tee off and they looked right at me and did not let me play through. Terrible course etiquette, staff was less than friendly but for the money and the golf it was a good deal. I'd play here again for the $10

Nice course, Senior tees fair but challenging. Fairways and greens in good shape. Pace of play was good and everything was well marked. Clubhouse personnel were friendly and helpful. Made for a fun afternoon!

While we had heard about this course or knew of it, we never made the 15 minute trek to the west. While other more local courses are typically backed up, this course played extremely fast (maybe we just caught the right window on a Sunday noon tee time). Everyone in the group was pleased with the course condition (especially since the dry summer) as the fairways we somewhat soft, greens in great condition and overall satisfactory shape. We'll be back we decided on a more frequent basis.

This course is still great to play but the hot and dry weather has made the rough challenging. The clay ground has the rough, patchy and very solid. The fairways are green and soft. Greens are responsive but not too much.

This is a beautiful and well maintained course. On the long side, the ladies get a big break on yardage. Wide fairways, not a ton of trouble. Really enjoyed playing there, and will do it again. It is an hour plus drive from my house, but I will gladly drive to play.

It's been several years since I last played Ironwood and the course was in fantastic condition. It was well worth the 45 min. Drive. We played from the blues which gave a few holes a little twist. Our threesome had a great time.

Nice course, greens are in good shape but to slow for today's players. Most greens on a country type course like this are much faster, fairways are nice, but the tee box area's are shaggy at best. We had a good time playing here but the price has to right because there are a lot of courses for us to drive to that are really nice for just a little more in price.
