Poorly maintained
Course is overwatered. The bunkers are dirt traps-just hard muddy dirt. The pins are all on slopes or within a few feet of an edge (the guy who sets the pins doesn’t speak English and has never played golf). If you want cheap, overwatered golf, this is the place for you.

This course is always in great shape.
This is a fun course and is always in great shape. Nice fairways and greens. I love playing here in the late afternoon because it is not too busy and I can finish my round in a very short period of time.
