Belmont Golf Course

About
Belmont Golf Club originally opened in 1916, making it one of Henrico County's oldest courses. The original design was updated in 1927 by Donald Ross and in 2020 by Love Golf Design. The course has a traditional layout. The length and design are indicative of the time when it was built, but it is just as challenging as any modern course. There are a few tough holes that will challenge even the best golfers. Mature trees line Belmont's fairways and there are strategically placed bunkers along the greens. Being one of the most affordable rounds in the area, Belmont Golf Club has become a favorite amongst locals over the years.

AliceBel
A little breezy which made the course a little more challenging, especially on holes # 9 and #10. Fun day!
AliceBel
Beautiful day to be on the course!! Calm winds and sunny in the 70's!! Take a golf day like today anytime! Greens were fast since little rain this month. Pace of play good.
AliceBel
Weather great, however, windy. Greens were dry and fast. Challenging but fun!
Hwy12s
I was put in with a threesome to make for. They were outstanding to play with although am just beginning to play again. They were And that’s the third time that’s happened. I’m not sure what you meant by commodities because the house were the starter. It was not open when we started or when we passed through. My teatime was at 9:38. We went off on time. Pace very efficient. I have a history in the golf industry and I enjoy the golf course.

Greens perfect. Course in great shape. Pace of play excellent.
Just ok
Too bad it’s only 12 holes as they are all good and in nice condition. A full 18 would rank this as a top flight public.
AliceBel
Greens had just been aerated. They were a little bumpy on some of the holes. Course was still in excellent shape.
AliceBel
Greens were a little bumpy since they had just been aerated the previous week. Otherwise, great day playing golf.
Overall fun course
Good course just the traps are tough and the greens are very fast.
AliceBel

Greens beginning to suffer from weather and fools
