Hidden Hilly Gem
One of my favorite courses in West Virginia. Hilly is an understatement for this course that is on wild terrain. Course was built in the 20's and appears to originally have been a private course. Must play course if looking for a round in the area.
Hidden gem in South Charleston
Nice, challenging course. Great place to get a quick round for a fair price. Lots of hills but fun to play. Some challenging greens.
Little Creek
Fun rolling hills type course to play. More than a few blind shoots, so it takes a couple times to get use to it. Always in good shape. $20 dollar Tuesdays and always $20 for Veterans. Tough to beat!
Average public course
A typical WV public course built on a hillside. Lots of short holes, lots of sidehill lies, lots of good shots bouncing into bad places. The course is typically cut high in the spring (think lost balls and putts left short) but for the past two months has been in better- than-average shape. Cheap fall rates and a friendly staff make it a worthwhile outing in an area starved for good courses.
Get your side hill lies ready
This is a nice course with lots of elevation changes and every type of lie possible.
