One of my favorites
Love this course. Good conditions and a good year ahead of it

What a great course to play.
A few of the greens were a bit patchy, but overall the greens are incredible. The layout is great, there are a bunch of challenges and the scenery is next level. It's a bit of a drive (90 minutes) but so worth it. One of my favorite courses.
Worth the trip
Perfect for golfers like me that play in the 6000-6200 yard range as could play from the blacks here which gives you the nicest views on your tee shot. Totally cool tee shot on Pinecone # 14, gotta go for it. This is not a put together turf course so golf snobs need not apply, but a cut from nature very cool course. Nice rolling greens too. Not in perfect condition but definitely good enough condition, can see they work too keep it up.
Hot deals
The course is not in the best condition one green had little to no grass was mainly dirt but for the most part it was ok for being the end of summer. We played one of the hot deals which is 18 with a cart for $45. On a Monday. I don’t think the course is worth more than that.
Mountain View golf
Lovely mountain course just 15 minutes from Government Camp. Play golf in the morning and ski in the afternoon.
Doenhill
Played course years ago and it was in way better condition. Now has dead spots on greens, bunkers not raked, weeds in the rough, ets
Played mt hood, was a pleasant experience
Course was a little ragged, fairways particularly and a few greens. Food service has been a weak spot that they seem to be working on
Great course, beautiful setting
I played this course for the second time. I really liked it the first time and really enjoyed it the second time.
The course is well laid out and the only reason I had to mark the condition not too good was because it had dumped rain the previous two days and everything was soggy. Definitely not anybody’s fault.
Everyone that works there that I had contact with was really friendly
Had a great time
Previous reviews for the pine cone greens and the end of thistle were valid. The greens showed signs of stress, along with weeds in the bunkers. The staff does seem to be working hard on improvements.
