Bardmoor Golf & Tennis Club

I’ve never posted review of a golf course in may 18 years playing golf. However, I had to post given the negative experience at Bardmoor. Played on 4/5/25 as part of “golf weekend”. Our foursome was very disappointed. First, the course condition were terrible. Especially for a $150 dollar round ($600 for the 4some). Numerous fairways were “hardpan” or worse. In addition, many of the greens and areas around the green were in poor shape. Second, after we checked in, we noticed the starter sending foursomes off the back and front 9. We found that Bardmoor had scheduled a tournament at 1pm and that we would be asked to leave the course just before 1pm even if our round was NOT complete. Given our tee time of 8:30amish this made thing a bit tight – especially given how busy the golf course was. As the round progressed, the Ranger was constantly on us to hurry even though we were close to the normally suggested pace. We also had to play alternative tee boxes as the tournament sponsor teams were setting up. In summary, tournament scheduling issues aside, this course is not a $150/round course. The conditions are typically better at municipal and other course in Tampa Bay with green fees costing approximately $75.

First 9 holes was 3 hours. No ranger or manager. Brutally slow.

It took 1:15 to play three holes. We quit and got a refund.

Golf course is in decent condition for March. Some interesting holes here, but if you read your cart gps they all are fair. Nice practice range. Saw the beverage cart 5 times in a 4.5 hour round. Seemed slow, but we were done in 4.5 hours, not bad. Only negative was the starter, who was a little on the rude side. Not at all welcoming or helpful.

If you don’t mind playing a 6 hour round and waiting 10 minutes between each shot then this is the place for you. No ranger to be found and the cart attendant only made it around once during our 11:30am tee time on a Sunday. Wouldn’t recommend this course to anyone who’s played golf before.

Was a 5 plus hour round no marshalling on the course. Just annoying messages on the gps to speed up! I wish.

Fairways a bit bare, greens ok.

It looked like they overbooked the course.

I will not return.

This was my first time playing Bardmoor and it was a nice course for the money. Unfortunately, our round was 5 Hours 25 minutes long. We waited on almost every shot and on EVERY HOLE to play. We were 30 minutes late teeing off because the course was "backed up". Having tee times in 7 minute increments is just not possible. I won't go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone in the area. The staff were nice but they agreed with the poor scheduling. There are better options!

If you have expectations of playing 4.5hrs or less, this is not the course for you. I’ve now played four rounds all 5+ hr rounds. You’ll wait on the first tee and every hole thereafter. There are no marshalls, and they do nothing when you call the Proshop to ask for a Marshall to help out. Played on a Friday early afternoon and finished the front nine in 2hr 50 min. Ridiculous. I’m out.
