Oceanside Golf Course

Great layout, great greens, good fairways when it rains and the absolute worst tee boxes on planet earth.
They promised to work on them years ago and never did.

Well to start things off on the first hole a Tall rude red haired guy who worked there came up to me and my 2 friends and told us to pick up our pace. We stated we just started. My friend asked for a refund because the guy had an attitude. The guy said are you you serious. Then the 12 th hole the two guys who worked there told us its time to bring the carts back. I stated I’m gonna finish this hole and they said no now and yelled at me. So we took golf carts back. My friend into an arguement with the Tall rude guy again. There were very rude. I know worst golf experience ever. These employees need a lesson on manners and respect. I would like to talk to an owner you can’t just take people’s money and treat them like this. I would never go back. I had such a bad experience I did not golf for a month after.

Save your money... the worst muni in SoCal. 6-hour round MINIMUM. No water, no beverage cart, rude staff, unsanitary conditions. Avoid like it’s the plague. Also a lot of openly racist individuals roaming the grounds... very sad.

Very nice course to walk, very challenging lots of trees and water Greens were in pretty good shape

Excellent greens. Fairways are very playable.
Interesting layout with some unique holes; not an easy track, but fair.

-Great Routing.
-Greens were best I have putted in Arizona or California this winter
-Wished there was map of holes, it was hard to tell where some holes went.

Play was slow on front - got behind Wednesday Mens League .

The fairways and tee boxes have gone downhill recently, but the greens continue to be the best around! Now they are even faster than ever, but most importantly very true.

We played 4/18 holes and it began to pour and we asked for a raincheck for the back 9 and they said that they don't offer rainchecks.

Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Course was in poor condition too.

While the fairways have improved in the last couple of years, they aren’t great. The greens, however, are great. Yesterday was a holiday (President’s Day) so the packed course took 5.5 hours to get around, but usually the pace of play is great, too.

These greens are some of the best in the county. Fast and true.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Greens were in good condition, but fairways were poor, bare in some spots. I will be looking for other options in the area.

Course was in pretty rough shape but layout was fun. Good course to practice on but wouldn't return. Looking for a course better cared for in the area.

A couple of buddies and I decided to meet up to play and picked this course. I’ve been playing golf for about 2 1/2 years and this course was manageable for high handicappers. The greens were stiff and fast, but overall the course was in pretty good shape. If you’re in Oceanside and want to play give this course a try.

I'm an avid golfer and this place is horrible. They said they improved the course but I have no idea but what standard. Dirt on fairways, green side mixed with sand and dead grass. No ruff. All dead grass and dirt.

Decent conditions, greens rolling and receptive. Couple challenges on narrow fairways but mostly a fair challenge.
