About
Located just east of Reno, the Golf Club at Fernley stretches over 6,500 yards of rolling hills that are dotted with over twenty sparkling lakes. The enchanting landscape is covered with wild flowers and water falls. The layout features undulating greens and strategically placed sand bunkers. The golf course, known for its quick rounds, is eminently playable for all skill levels. The Golf Club at Fernley boasts an interesting variety of holes, including its most notable, the par-5 ninth, which is one of the longest holes in Nevada. This challenging hole features strategic mounding, a well-bunkered green, and a water hazard to provide a formidable test for even the most skilled golfers.

This a is really good course for a small town like fernley. I play this course regularly and it's always enjoyable. Never have issues getting on. Stop by if your in the area.

Had some friends in town visiting from AZ. We were planning on playing until we saw the hideous weeds and hard dirt on the 13th fairway just beyond the T Box. Not a golf destination. A little TLC would go along way. Plenty of potential it just looks like they don't care. To bad it could really be a nice golf outing.
The Lakes In Fernley Nevada
Overall nice course. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Some interesting holes that take precise shots and thoughtful club selection.
