Pilot Knob Park Golf Course

This is worth the drive. Very good course with some challenges. Greens are good and fast!

First time I played on the new greens. They were in awesome shape even thought they were recently aerated.

The man in the club house was super friendly and the refreshment cart driver came around quite often.

I really enjoyed this course, quite challenging with beautiful views. The back nine still needs a little work, which it seems to be receiving. The greens were very quick, and a couple of pin locations were kind of sadistic, but that's all part of the fun.

The grass on the fairways has not come out yet because it’s a little early. The course has some beautiful views of pilot knob, looking across the course at the mountain. It was very pleasurable playing Pilot Knob golf course.

I have played here several times. They have some firm greens which are still coming in from the rebuild a couple years or so ago. Used to be like concrete but they will hold an approach shot now. They have them rolling at a great speed and as they have always, they roll very true. I used to not be the biggest fan of all the levels and mounds on the new greens. They were so fast that you couldn’t put downhill for it almost rolling off the green. They have put a lot of time and effort into the course. Only grip I have is with so much rain the fairway grass still hasn’t come in good yet. Not the courses fault. Staff has always been one of the friendliest in the area. I will definitely be calling the pro shop to book some rounds this year. If they don’t go up again any time soon it will be great. So many have gone up so high it’s almost crazy to spend that much for 18 holes. See you guys again soon. If you haven’t played here then you are missing out

Enjoyed this mountain course that we played at the end of a golf trip. Course had rolling terrain, solid greens and nice views of surrounding Pilot Mountain.

Staff is super friendly. They do have a marshall/starter and he is a super nice guy as well. Keeps everyone on time with their tee time. The greens are so firm it makes it tough. Some of the truest rolling greens I have played but they are just so fast for the undulations. Some very steep slopes on them. Fairly new so maybe when they grow in some they will be even better. Lay out is one of the best and the view is immaculate here in the fall especially. The food and drinks are priced well and want break you up if you want to grab a hotdog and some drinks at the turn. Give it a try if you have not already. You will enjoy your round.
