Legacy is a fabulous course!
We will miss playing Legacy now that it has been bought and as fully private as part of the Lakewood Ranch group. Legacy was one of favorite courses in Sarasota.

Nice course, not worth the green fees.
Course was in decent shape, fairways were real nice, but the pace of play was too slow. A lot of the tees were not marked with the tee numbers. Not really worth the cost of green fees!

First of all, there were no golf carts available and we had to wait and wait.....After we teed off the pace was terrible......We had to wait 10-15 minutes because of the back up.......It wasn't fun. Although, I was able to practice chipping and pitching between holes...

A great day at Legacy
Been awhile since I’ve played Legacy due to the price but today was well worth it. The fairways are very tight and the greens like glass. That being said the course is very fair yet challenging. Will return when able to an always challenging course.

Played in the evening and the course was amazing. Seems like they were letting members go out in the evening that slowed play down. Some. 4:25 is not a bad round time but it isn’t a great one. Looking forward to playing again.
