Twin Rivers Golf Club

About
At Twin Rivers Golf Club experience a course that combines the natural beauty of Florida with a consistent test of shot-making abilities. Nestled between two rivers this golf club offers eighteen unique and challenging holes surrounded by environmentally protected areas.
The fairways are well defined, and the greens, surrounded by mounds and pairs or trios of large bloomy bunkers, provide ample targets. Most holes encourage the player to favor one side of the fairway or green over the other, steering away from large and obvious hazards such as lakes, trees, or the large, flat bunkers.
All of this adds up to a very nice and playable course that tips out at only 6,636 yards and thus, due particularly to the price, is a first page recommendation for those seeking public golf in Orlando.

Greens are great
Greens are great Hard and fast, but fair. Fairways are fairly good overall shape. Fun course.
Twin rivers
Front nine was extremely slow but picked up on the back nine
A lot of the tee boxes were in bad shape but the fairways and greens were good Orlando
Excellent course but tough
Excellent course. Greens just renewed this past fall and settling in, lightning fast. Great pace of play and excellent starter and ranger on course. No bathroom facilities on course, only clubhouse which is only complaint.
Still in pretty good shape.
Overall good experience. Greens really hard and fast but puttable. 4 some went out nearly 30 minutes before us. We caught them by the 6th hole and they just dragged around the course. Group was all seniors and played like they were senior tour players (in their dreams). Held us up for the next 12 holes.
Club house attendant
There’s a young man in the clubhouse check in that took care of me and another group at the same time easily taking care of bother groups.
Incredible Turnaround
My friends and I have played Twin Rivers countless times over the years, mostly as a last resort or last minute option. This was the first time in all these years that I was genuinely impressed with the course and conditions. Greens were firm and fast, and the fairways were pure with actual cuts to be separate the rough. Might seem like a small thing, but this has never been the case in the past. Tee boxes much improved, which is highlighted by the third tee - par 3 that has always had a huge hump in it is now flat and generally filled in. Really can't say enough about the turnaround, and I actually can't wait to play the course again - something I've never been able to say about Twin Rivers. Interested to see if they can keep it up as the wet season approaches, but for now I am blown away by the transformation over the last few months. Highly recommended giving the course another shot if you've been disappointed in the past. Driving range is still very disappointing, but hopefully will see improvement now that the course itself has been restored. Staff is always great.
Great Fast Greens
Course is a little narrow but greens and tee boxes and fairways are in decent shape. Staff was great.
Twin Rivers Improved!
I played this course last year and it was in bad shape. They fixed the bunkers, the greens are new and rolling nice and the grassy fairways make it look like a different course. Very challenging layout, no wonder UCF team uses it as training facility. Will go back again!
Club house
I didn’t get the young gentleman’s name at the counter in tie club house. But, he’s always aware of his surroundings and knows what’s going on outside the doors. I played the past Sunday am if that helps narrow it down.
We play there every year it is a tough course but we love it. They have put in new greens this year and they're great. Most tee boxes were in good shape, few had bare spots due to too much shade. Overall, we love Twin Rivers
Great Layout
Nice challenge. Greens recently redone, however they were quite hard, and wouldn't hold well placed shots.
Perfect conditions
First time playing since the updates and woooww it’s shows. Very nice green and thick fairways, great greens in good shape! No houses in the course in the front nine , just the golf course. Perfect pace of play , we saw the beverage cart 3 times, very friendly lady as well as the staff
Very Good Condition
Course was in very good condition. Amenities on course were limited (no restrooms on course, so make sure you go before you play and at turn) and there were coolers with iced water/paper cone cups—one on the front and another on the back. We did not eat at the restaurant, but they did have a good menu and a $5 special for anything on menu at lunch.
Pace was good, and rate we paid (hot deal) was beyond fair. One thing to note for the ladies/seniors the shortest tees are still long (5300-5400).
