Overall the couse was in very good condition. Nice layout, nice mix of holes. Green were firm but very flat. Pace of play was okay, 4.5 hrs.

Oasis Palmer GC
It use to be one my favorite courses in Mesquite. The layout is great as always, course conditions have degraded to a small degree it seems. Not sure why they list tee times past 1:30 though, knowing that with current pace of play you'll never finish all 18 holes before 5:15. Guess the almighty $ has overrided their judgement somewhat.

Fairways and greens
We played 5 times thru the week and this was by far in the best condition. For the amount of money we paid for other courses in Mesquite, that over charge based on their name, this was the best value. Got paired with a super fun couple from Idaho, and simply had a great round together.

Fun course
We really enjoyed playing here. It has a variety of appealing landscapes, elevated tee boxes, canyons, to keep it interesting and is well manicured (especially for the season). I recommend this course and would suggest bringing an extra ball or two jic.
