Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club is nestled within a peaceful residential community, but the course is open to the public. Located in southeastern Denver on the border of Arapahoe and Douglas Counties, the golf course offers stunning views of the Rockies from nearly every hole. Arthur Hills designed the course, crafting a traditional links layout that has appeal for players of all skill levels. There are some challenges in store with more than 60 strategically placed bunkers and several lakes coming into play. The rolling terrain also provides a variety of elevation changes in addition to the incredible mountain views. The challenges of the golf course are nicely balanced by wide, accommodating fairways. The dramatic setting coupled with the interesting layout has built Heritage Eagle Bend's reputation as one of the best places to play golf in Colorado.

Great shape, not a lot of variety.
I played this course as they were starting to shut down the clubhouse and limit the golf shop for the Corona Virus. Played in the morning and our threesome got done in 3:30. Course was in great shape for mid-March. Not a lot of variety, especially for better players. Basically a driver and a wedge into every par 4 and most par 3's required a short iron.
Beware of their online "deals". Advertised $36 for a green fee, but did not include a cart which was required at the golf course.
Great course!
It really is a great course but stay out of the rough lol. The course was in great condition and it is a really challenging course but if playing well you could do some damage. I'd say it's one of the better courses around town

Got a GREAT deal
This is a hilly and well bunkered layout. The course was in really good shape considering how hot and dry it had been lately. Usually this course is a little above my budget. But I found a deal on golf now and only had to pay $11.49 per player. No jeans or tee shirts.
Slow But Nice Course
I teed off at 4pm and should have had plenty of time to finish my round but there were some really slow groups and no marshals. We had to skip holes and come back to them to weave around slow players. But the course was in great condition and it was a fun layout!
Awesome course.
The course layout is sloping, and consistent with its design. The staff were are very friendly. I look forward to playing there again, and again.

Good course
This was my first round of the year and overall I really enjoyed this course. I will definitely play it again. The only complaint I had was the lack of yardage assistance. I had never played the course before and found myself wondering if bunkers/hazards were in play off the tee and sprinkler heads in the fairways were hard to find. In the courses' defense I was not often in the middle of the fairway; however, many of the courses I play have GPS in the carts with yardage right at your finger tips. In cases where there is no GPS the courses often have general yardage to hazards on the score card which is also helpful with club selection. With these upgrades the experience would have been improved, but we still had a great time.
Excellent day on a course in great condition!
Overall great experience. Greens were above average condition for this time of year. Excellent pace as well. Our foursome finished in 4 hours.
Differing tee shots for longer players, interesting greens
This course is a very solid track. Built amongst a neighborhood community, there are some incredibly interesting hole layouts. Not a course to just whip out driver and swing away. It's tough the first time you play with some blind tee/approach shots and not knowing the course, so I very much look forward to coming back out here once the aerated greens have recovered.
Great layout and elevation changes
The greens were just aerated and sanded and it was cart path only, so I guess that is why we got a good deal. Lived the layout. Will play again if the price is right.

Great course. Dry, fast conditions. Mostly due to no moisture in the area in months. Greens mostly in good shape, some greens liked to have a virus, it will be interesting to see the course improve over the next few months.
Great Value well Maintained!
Everything about this course and the staff is top notch for the price. I will leave my only small criticisms here for the staff to read.
During winter conditions with no cart girl or water on the course I would prefer if you guys filled the coolers on the cart with ice and possibly a bottle of water.
Half of the times I've played the ball/club washer was not filled with water and there is none on the course to DIY. (no ball washers at the tee boxes either)
Very minor little details and again overall a very lovely course with super friendly staff! Will be golfing here regularly this year.
