Trevino at Geneva National Golf Club

About
Geneva National Golf Club is the second largest golf facility in Wisconsin, offering three championship courses, each designed by golf pros Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, and Lee Trevino. The courses are abundant with scenery, provided by the rolling countryside that sits along the banks of Lake Como, but they are also conveniently located just a short drive from metropolitan Chicago and Milwaukee. The Trevino Course may be the least difficult of the three but that doesn't mean it is without its fair share of challenges. It has the least amount of water of any of the three courses but it does make a memorable appearance on the par-3 fifth hole where a stream cuts across not once but twice. There may be little water, but plenty of strategically placed bunkers will keep you on your toes.

Lovely course
This course is lovely. The layout is super easy to follow. Very few blind holes. Lots of sand traps. Our golf cart refused to go around the third hole. Enough to be aggravating. One hole on the back side is under construction. Pace of play was fast. Rental clubs were superb.
Best value around
The course is in spectacular condition. My first time playing the Trevino course. Challenging course. We played from the gold because they gave us the wrong scorecard in our cart. If there was a complaint. That would be the only one. We played golds. After getting the correct scorecard. We would have done the Hunrid route.
We only paid 60 to play this course at 3:00. Had plenty of time to finish 18
The clubhouse , the service , even the golf carts (most comfortable seats ever)
This is a no brainer. One of the best courses in Wisconsin
Wonderful course - could use a little more of a personal touch
The design and layout of the Travino course is a delight to play. The pace was good and the course had its challenges. The amenities (driving range - restaurant) were very good.
The only small complaint I have is for the price one would expect a little more personal touch - clean the clubs after a round.
Another great time
I try to play geneva national every Sunday and have always had a great time. This time was no different. Although, they were out of balls at the range. After waiting for about 15 minutes, someone finally refilled the bags. Otherwise, another amazing time at GN.
Love it
Love playing GN....use to be a member and I love coming back to play now. Best courses in the area
Excellent golfing experience
Greens were little slower than expected but otherwise an excellent course to enjoy a round of golf.
Third-best at the resort but a good effort
Of Geneva National’s three golf courses, the Trevino is the one that features the most target golf, occasionally making the golfer feel somewhat hamstrung. But a handful of meadow holes at the middle of the round provide some relief and pleasant scenery. As is the case across the resort, late-spring conditioning was terrific.
