Great improvement
Played here before and the course looks like a different course. Lots of great renovations. The greens are in great shape. Love the new golf carts.
Caguas Real Review by R Ferrer
Caguas Real is an excellent golf course with the best lay out designer was able to designed. Eighteen holes par 70 with 6700 yds length. Gorgeous back nine with signature hole par 4 tees up from top of a mountain and fairway 35 feet down with severe dog leg left makes this golf course really thought but beautiful to play. Excellent service and good rates. Come and play it.
Tale of two nines
The front nine is pretty straight forward , however the back nine makes this course with its elevation changes and scenic holes.
Pace of play was slow behind a very slow foursome.
The conditions of the course were OK although some grooming would improve the experience. The greens were somewhat rough and with bare spots.
Overall good value for the money and if in P Rico would play again.
No self respecting cow would be caught dead in this pasture
I thought I had found a rare thing in Puerto Rico, a reasonably priced golf course. The price was reasonable thanks to a golfnow deal but the experience was terrible. The carts had treadless tires and you wouldn't think it could make it downhill much less up hill. Bunkers had no sand. Fairways and rough full of mud and greens... Well I have played temporary greens in much better shape than the regular greens at this course. If this was the only course I could ever play I would guit the game altogether.
