Took 3.5h to play 10 holes before it got too dark, ridiculous (& paid for 18), nothing was moving and the front is Par 33 with mainly Par 3’s, fairways were average and greens rock hard. Felt like playing (if you can call it that) a Par 3 course, not recommended, sorry.

Ridiculous, took 3.5h to play 10 holes before it got too dark (paid for 18), nothing was moving & the front 9 has a lot of par 3’s, fairways not great and greens rock hard. Felt like playing (if you can call it that) a Par 3 course.
Tale of 2 courses
In my opinion this must be an extended 9 hole to 18 course. The front 9 is new and shows it. Very poor condition, like playing in a field . There were some interesting laid out holes - the par 3 4th especially but there were 5 par 3’s due to one hole being reduced to a 3 for local residents safety.
The back 9 was totally different, some good testing holes and a straight shot required - often especially off the tee.
The condition, especially the front 9 was poor, bare lies, sandy fairways, buggy path reduced to broken tarmac and rubble and no sand in bone dry bunkers.
Overall though this is a beginners course to enjoy a walk and not much else. Not one to play if you’re looking for a challenging teat of your ability
Pace of play
Played today 7/7/2024 and the pace of play was the worst I've ever witnessed playing golf in over 20 years. Arrived 30 mins before tee off time to be met with a back log of buggies waiting at the first tee. Got talking to one of the earlier tee times and they were on a society day and the club managed to squeeze them to an already busy schedule. I was playing as a 2 ball and managed to get waved through by a group who were playing as a 6 ball?? We ended up catching the society group up by hole Hole 4 and they had no intention of letting us play through. I'm no Rory Mcilroy but these guys were spraying into the trees, into the water and all in all taking forever to play. In total it took us just short of 5 hours to play 18 holes which is horrendous. There were four lots of buggies behind us who had had enough and just drove through back to the clubhouse. All in all a long day.
Excellent
Haha lovely round of golf with a guy I got paired with that was only his second time playing so it was lovely just having a relaxing game with him.
Then after my game I caught up with my fiance for lunch at the club. It was a lovely day.
I will be using golf now app to book all of my rounds.
Wet and windy
The course ended up being flooded due to rain/thunder and lightning and cancelled after 9 holes
Phoned the next day and the staff were very amiable and offered a 9 hole credit
Staff were very customer orientated , will return to finish the round
Dissappointing
We could not do a positive full review , due to only being able to play 9 holes due to the weather
We were told to leave the course due to thunder and lightning in the area and play was suspended
The GolfNow deal was not as beneficial as it seemed as we also payed for a cart for a full round therefore $112 for 9 holes is very expensive
A credit to play again would have been a compromise
Over all nice to play at enjoyed the day nice layout.
Xmas golf
Xlnt course
Value for money
Greens are very well kept
Never again
Every man playing dropped 3-4 balls each didn't care how long they took. There was no Marshall pushing g ppl along and I was very close to getting hit by a ball on the hole where there is a hill n the tee off spot you can't see after we all knew it was extremely slow they should have waited till they could see me. No apologies and bot one guy cared. Never again will I bother playing there!!
Good layout but greens only average condition.
Enjoyed the course but the greens need some work to bring up to standard.
