Great neighborhood course
Wonderful little course for relaxed practice. Challenging enough with elevation changes and water, but not punishing. Just the right amount of difficulty to help you improve. Beautiful mountain views. Friendly staff and nice driving range contributes to the experience. I play here 1-3 times per week.
Cheap
I am very much a beginner golfer, but I love this course. You can't beat the price and for just starting, it is perfect. If you want to work on your short game and irons, this course is for you. $11 for 9 holes any time is a great price and in the summer, it is only $7 after 6 pm with plenty of daylight left to finish. This makes it an affordable choice for playing a few times a week.
The course is mostly in good shape but it is still a budget course. Don't expect a lot but enjoy it for what it is. The weather in Colorado on a summer evening is typically perfect for a round and this leads to a nice round.
Again, a 9 hole practice course is what it is, but it is a bargain.
